We had a lot of unfortunate circumstances, we had energy and had no plant. We had no air conditioning at night, the construction workers began to make noise at 6am. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. We have been in disrespect with the different situations at reception all day, how we were left two nights we wanted to go but it was not an option. We have no discounts or compensation for all the affections that have been presented to us. The location is beautiful, but the price is not offset by the experience we have received and they have no timely response to the unforeseen that they are presenting.
