This isn't my first time staying at an Atour Hotel, and I'm always extremely satisfied with their facilities and service. This particular one in Changbai Mountain was, as always, excellent. The room facilities are very new, and the location is fantastic – super convenient for getting anywhere. Whether it's dining in the city center or going to the Edelweiss restaurant nearby, everything is within walking distance. The hotel service is very thoughtful; they even offer airport pick-up.

This hotel is incredibly comfortable! I'd highly recommend it to any of my friends visiting Changbai Mountain. The atmosphere and environment are fantastic, and all the facilities are brand new. Our butler, Xiao Yu, was super attentive, making sure our drinking water was always replenished promptly. They even contacted us in advance to arrange high-speed train pick-up. The hotel's breakfast spread is also incredibly rich and delicious – I loved it! I originally planned to stay another night, but my schedule was too tight, so I had to rush off. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Service: Excellent! I didn't realize until two hours before needing a pick-up that I had to book it a day in advance. Despite my oversight, the owner still managed to arrange a car for us. Upon arrival, the owner was incredibly warm and welcoming. We checked in quite late, and they even upgraded our room for free. After checking out, they thoroughly checked the room, found something I left behind, and immediately called me.
Facilities: Everything you could need, including a voice-controlled smart speaker, which was very convenient.
Cleanliness: Very clean. We stayed for two nights, and the staff cleaned our room daily.
Environment: The decor is very new, and it's very close to the Changbai Mountain North Slope Distribution Center. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

AAnonymous UserI have to commend the exceptional service provided by Butler Xinxin at Changbai Mountain Lan Jing Hotel – our entire experience was absolutely fantastic! From arranging our pick-up at the high-speed rail station before check-in to promptly processing our arrival and personally escorting us to our room, Xinxin went above and beyond. They even thoughtfully prepared child-friendly amenities like a bed rail for our little one. As soon as we settled in, the butler provided a warm welcome, detailed information about hotel facilities, park entry requirements for Changbai Mountain, and essential ski gear. They even helped us arrange ski suit rentals, saving us a lot of hassle. The next day, our ski tickets and shuttle bus were pre-booked, making the entire process worry-free. When we wanted to visit Edelweiss Town after skiing, the butler immediately arranged for a driver to pick us up and drop us off. The driver patiently waited for us until we returned around 10 PM. The hotel room was quiet and comfortable, and the butler proactively checked in each evening to see if we needed anything, and in the mornings, they provided timely updates on the latest Changbai Mountain park entry information. The day before our departure, the butler once again pre-arranged our shuttle to the station, ensuring a seamless connection. The dining also deserves a special mention; breakfast was particularly delicious. The noodle-making auntie was very friendly, and the staff clearing tables were quick and attentive. From the small details to the overall arrangements, everything was impeccable – professional and heartwarming. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Changbai Mountain!

GGuest UserAn extremely comfortable and value for money room in Erdaobaihe, I would highly recommend friends and family to stay here.
The room looks relatively new. Room was clean, bed and pillows are very comfortable and I slept very well. Toilet was very clean, well equipped and stocked, water is hot.
Train station pickup/dropoff services are generously provided.
Boss is helpful and service is courteous, if you need any help they will be more than happy to assist. They also provided free upgrade to my room.
The hotel location is also fantastic, close to many eateries the main areas (my favourite is xinyan shaokao!). 30mins walk/5mins car to Changbaishan north visitor center

When one of our food deliveries went missing, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us by checking the surveillance footage. Parking is conveniently available right outside the door. My only minor confusion is why, despite the room being so spacious, the bathroom was designed to be quite small (though it did have a smart toilet and was very clean).

RRhemaleeThe accommodation and dining at Mei Ju were quite good, located in an independent building next to a small park. We chose a deluxe twin room with a balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows facing the park, offering a nice view. The TV was large, but watching movies required a membership. The location was a bit far from the main street, so the front desk staff helped us contact the hotel driver to take us to the main street for 10 yuan, which was about the same price as a taxi and more convenient.
However, the hotel's travel butler was a bit arrogant. We had called the front desk in advance to book a ride to the high-speed rail station. The next day, when we came down on time, the butler, with his nose in the air, said there was no such service. I showed him the ”hotel confirmation letter,” and he claimed it was a platform service and had nothing to do with the hotel. After some argument, and fearing we'd be late, we decided to call a taxi. Then he said that even though there was no such service, he could arrange for someone to take us. We didn't want this 'charity,' but we couldn't get a taxi on short notice, so we ended up taking his arranged ride. When booking a hotel, make sure to confirm whether the services listed on the hotel confirmation letter are actually valid, so your travel mood isn't ruined like ours.

TTan CK 9320I had a wonderful stay at Changbaishan Hailinyuan Fashion Hotel! The hotel is very affordable, making it a great option for budget travelers without compromising on comfort. What really stood out was the owner’s incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the owner went out of their way to make our stay easy and enjoyable. They provided transport from Changbaishan Station to the hotel and even offered to take us to local attractions at no extra charge, which made exploring the area so much easier. The photos below show the owner fetching us to the attractions, which was such a thoughtful touch!
The hotel is located right in town, so it’s very convenient. There are many food options nearby, as well as a convenience store, which made grabbing snacks or essentials very easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall environment of the hotel was welcoming and cozy.
The owner is truly a kind and thoughtful person, always ready to help and ensure guests have a smooth and pleasant stay. I felt really looked after throughout our visit.
If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel with excellent service, a convenient location, and a personal touch, I highly recommend Changbaishan Hailinyuan Fashion Hotel. The combination of affordability, hospitality, and convenience makes it an outstanding choice for anyone visiting the area.

MM35346****Huge thanks to the lovely front desk lady who upgraded my room! One of the staff members was truly amazing, and I really appreciate her efforts and kindness. There's a great 'iron pot stew' restaurant about 200 meters to the left when you exit the hotel – the food was delicious and I'd definitely recommend it. The owner even suggested we try ice fishing! However, apart from the excellent service from that one staff member, the hotel's facilities and room amenities were pretty average. I didn't feel it offered great value for money. The pictures are dedicated to that wonderful lady who brightened our stay.

It saved us a lot of time and was perfect for families with children. The Northeastern Chinese cuisine at the guesthouse was also delicious, and our whole family was very satisfied. The view from the guesthouse's observation deck was also fantastic, offering panoramic views of Changbai Mountain.

Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. When we went to the hot springs, the staff member managing the area was so enthusiastic. She constantly reminded us to be safe and even specially guided us to try the outdoor hot springs, which was a 100% amazing experience. Despite the cold weather, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality from the hot springs staff. She even helped us take a group photo – fantastic! 👍 Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and even frozen sliced pears. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

MM741677****The front desk staff were quick and professional. We even got a room upgrade! The hotel's location is great, close to the North Scenic Area, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. The environment is exquisite and comfortable, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The hotel staff were exceptionally nice, especially the front desk lady. During the 817 Rice Festival, it was impossible to find a taxi, so the hotel even arranged a car to pick us up.
