Facilities: The facilities are smart, convenient, and efficient. The washing machine dries clothes completely. Hygiene: It's clean and tidy; I didn't see any cleanliness issues. Environment: The environment is excellent, close to Changbai Mountain. Service: The front desk staff are helpful and answered all my questions. The breakfast staff also provided great service.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk from the Changbai Mountain North Scenic Area distribution center. The environment is also very pleasant. Our driver who picked us up was incredibly enthusiastic and even recommended a 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) restaurant called Zhiwei Tie Guo Dun, not far from Edelweiss. I highly recommend their big rooster dish!

We came here for a night after staying at local minsu stay. Hotel stay is really of a different standard and clean. We enjoyed the stay fully! Bed and pillows were super comfy. We had some issues with the warmer but they promptly sent one portable warmer for us. Hotel is also super sweet to provide free bottles of water even after the ones in the room are finished. Just give reception a call! Recommended!

From the hotel, Changbaishan Railway Station is just 8km away. This hotel is located near many of Antu's attractions including Changbaishan Natural Museum, Cloud Top Palace and Jianshui River National Wetland Park. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

This long-awaited trip to Changbai Mountain in winter had been on my mind for years, and this year I finally made it happen. While planning at home, I stumbled upon this hotel. Initially, I was a bit hesitant, wondering if such a large villa would have cleanliness issues, especially since I'm really sensitive to cold. But when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Someone helped me with my luggage as soon as I entered, brought me hot water, and gave me tons of tips for exploring, even helping me take some beautiful photos. What else are girls traveling for, if not for great pictures? Haha. Once I got to the room, the place was genuinely stunning. I loved the decor in every single room. It completely solved my fear of the cold during this deep winter. Every corner of the room was beautifully arranged and super clean – I felt like I could take over a hundred photos just in the room. In the afternoon, basking in the sun next to the large floor-to-ceiling windows, looking out at the snowscape, was just incredible. During this visit, I also happened to meet the hotel's general manager, who was a really nice person, with that unique warmth and humor characteristic of Northeasterners. As a 'southern potato' (a playful term for someone from the south), standing in front of him made me feel like a happy little figurine! I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

The room was clean and tidy with no strange odors, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent—I had a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay, patiently answering all my questions from check-in onwards. The breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. The facilities were complete and well-maintained, with fast WiFi and plenty of hot water. It offers incredible value for money. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

This hotel is incredibly comfortable! I'd highly recommend it to any of my friends visiting Changbai Mountain. The atmosphere and environment are fantastic, and all the facilities are brand new. Our butler, Xiao Yu, was super attentive, making sure our drinking water was always replenished promptly. They even contacted us in advance to arrange high-speed train pick-up. The hotel's breakfast spread is also incredibly rich and delicious – I loved it! I originally planned to stay another night, but my schedule was too tight, so I had to rush off. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Ladies, you absolutely *must* book the king-size bed room; it's incredibly spacious and comfortable. The hotel is relatively new and even has smart home appliances. It just so happened to snow on our second day, and we got to enjoy the snowy views from the windowsill – very cozy! A big bonus is the hotel offers pick-up and drop-off service to and from Changbai Mountain High-Speed Rail Station. Overall, everything was pretty good. The only minor downside is that apart from two nearby restaurants and the hotel's own dining, you have to go about one or two kilometers into town for other food options. But there's always delivery. Overall, I highly recommend it. Unfortunately, Changbai Mountain's Heaven Lake wasn't open due to the snow this time. If I get the chance to come back, I'd definitely stay here again. Oh, and they also have a microwave at the front desk!
