The hotel amenities are comprehensive, and cleaning staff tidy up the room, change towels, and empty trash bins every morning. 🥳🥳 Before we even arrived at Changbai Mountain, the hotel called to ask if we needed pick-up service. My friend and I had tickets arriving around 9:50 PM, and the hotel still sent a driver to pick us up, and it was free! 😌 Upon arrival, the front desk attendant kindly upgraded our room for free and gave us breakfast vouchers. The hotel breakfast was quite rich, with both Chinese and Western options! 😆😆 You can also arrange car charters with the hotel's driver for outings, which is cheaper than taking a regular taxi 👍👍. Both the driver and the front desk attendant were incredibly nice. My friend and I missed the opening of Tianchi on the 28th. We were originally planning to leave on the 2nd, but Tianchi reopened that day. We changed our plans last minute, and the driver was so kind and enthusiastic, offering to drive us to the Tourist Distribution Center for free. It was really great! When ordering takeout at the hotel, a cute robot delivers it. The hotel driver also drove us when we left Erdaobai! It was very heartwarming.

This hotel is pretty good, and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast was delicious too. Sister Liu, who picked me up, was really nice. She drove me around Changbai Mountain during my whole trip, which was great. I recommend her! The hotel's location is also convenient for exploring.

The hotel is very clean, spacious and located quite near to the Changbaishan North Slope Scenic Centre (approx 15 mins slow walk to the centre). The hotel is also surrounded with a lot of restaurants and walking distance to the market street. Fronting the hotel is a big park & 5 mins walk to the reindeer park as well. The hotel also provides free transport to & fro from the train station (just need to advance 1 day booking through the counter when going back). All the hotel staff are very nice & polite and they even make extra effort to contact you 1 to 2 days in advance whether you need transport and they can make arrangements to fetch you from the train station to their hotel. If you need transport to the airport, the hotel staff can assist you to arrange, the cost is approx CNY$250, journey around 1.5 to 2 hrs.
