CHEERMAY Hotel (Changbaishan Bei Scenic Area Tourist Distribution Center)

The room was spacious, clean, and had a fresh, minimalist style with all the necessary amenities. The staff were all very enthusiastic and responsible. It's very close to the Chibei distribution center, just a few minutes' walk away. The surroundings are also very quiet. I would choose to stay here again next time.

The hotel's location is great, just a few minutes' walk to the Changbai Mountain North Slope Distribution Center. The service was so-so. I stayed two nights and wanted an extra duvet. On the first day, I was told they were out because I arrived late, and on the second day, I asked again and was told they still didn't have any. The room facilities are good, and the cleanliness is also decent. For Changbai Mountain, it's considered okay, but there's a big difference compared to hotels in other areas that cost over 800 for a room.

The hotel employs various marketing strategies, such as online live streaming. I sincerely suggest that during live streams, they should promote rooms based on actual availability. Otherwise, asking current guests to vacate their rooms can be quite awkward. Furthermore, business thrives on sincerity; falsely claiming an upgraded room is better when it's actually worse is really unacceptable.

A friend recommended this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and everything was controlled by a smart system. We had booked an inner room online, but the kind lady at the front desk upgraded us to a room with an outer window. The service was excellent, and I'd definitely recommend it to my friends too.
