The staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in process was efficient and thorough. They patiently explained the hotel facilities and provided tips for exploring the surroundings, making me feel right at home. The hotel is nestled amidst the natural beauty of Toushan Village, with stunning snowscapes that are perfect for photos. Its design seamlessly blends ecological elements like water, wood, ice, and stone, making you feel like you're in a paradise on earth as you walk through the premises. The air is so fresh and invigorating. The indoor and outdoor hot springs are an absolute highlight. The pools are clean, and the ginseng scent is wonderfully authentic. Soaking in the outdoor hot springs in winter while watching the snow fall creates an incredibly atmospheric experience. The staff in the hot spring area were also incredibly enthusiastic and paid great attention to detail. The mountain view room I stayed in was spacious and spotless, with impeccable hygiene. It offered fantastic views of the mountains, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's dining was another delightful surprise. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the local corn noodles were authentically delicious. For other meals, the ingredients were fresh, and the prices were fair. Even when I arrived late, the restaurant thoughtfully delivered food to my room – so considerate! The hotel's amenities are also comprehensive, including free recreational activities. Its proximity to the North Slope of Changbai Mountain makes getting around incredibly convenient. This hotel is truly excellent! So rejuvenating! We arrived in the evening and felt incredibly comfortable the moment we walked in. The staff were very good, not overly enthusiastic, which made us feel relaxed. The room was clean and tidy, and they even provided ginseng tea, which was quite tasty. The best part was definitely their hot springs! There were several pools, and soaking in them while watching the sky darken was an absolutely amazing experience. After the soak, my body felt warm and incredibly destressed. I went back to my room and fell asleep instantly, I haven't slept this soundly in a long time. Breakfast was also very rich, with hot ginseng chicken soup and ginseng porridge, which warmed my stomach. Overall, this place is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet spot to relax and unwind. The price might not be cheap, but I felt this experience was totally worth it! I'd definitely come back again when I need to destress.

After a soak, my skin felt smooth, and I felt much more relaxed. Dining Experience: Breakfast offered a rich selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, with fresh ingredients and good taste. For dinner, we ate at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, and I highly recommend their local specialties – generous portions and authentic flavors. Service Experience: From check-in to check-out, the service was incredibly attentive. The front desk was efficient and friendly. The butler service was an added bonus; any requests were promptly addressed, and they proactively introduced us to hotel facilities and nearby attractions, making us feel very welcome. Environment and Facilities: The entire hotel is nestled amidst mountains and forests, with elegantly designed walking paths, viewing platforms, and rest areas. It's also very photogenic; every snapshot looks like a professional shot. The hotel also features a children's playground, tea room, and book bar, catering to guests of all ages.

This hot spring is located in a small, yet beautiful mountain village. The thick white snow everywhere makes for amazing photos. The hotel also has both indoor and outdoor hot springs. The attendant at the hot springs was incredibly warm and welcoming, and soaking in the outdoor springs was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful.
