Everything are good except the super smelly toilet and the stingy dinner provided in our room package. The urine smell from the WC is so disgusting and the stingy Korean dinner is something non tasty food work few pieces of meat and side dishes.

It snowed on the day we arrived, and the hotel staff drove us to nearby attractions, which was very convenient. The primeval forest behind the hotel is also beautiful. Soaking in the hot spring while it was snowing at night was incredibly comfortable.

The owner was very hospitable, and there were always drivers available at the entrance who were ready to answer any questions or help with travel plans. The aunties at the hot springs were also very warm and helped with towels. The indoor bath was cleaned daily, and overall, everything was quite good. Traveling during the off-peak season, the hotel was excellent, and the front desk was incredibly responsible, taking care of everything. The hotel even has its own shuttle service with drivers who pick you up and drop you off wherever you need to go, and they even help you bargain! Much appreciated. Soaking in the hot springs while it snowed, then hitting the slopes at 8:30 AM – it was a fantastic experience.

The room was decent, and the surroundings were beautiful. The snowy scenery outside the hotel was also very nice. The driver was exceptionally warm and hospitable, recommending lesser-known, fun places for us to play in the snow and even driving us there. The hotel's hot spring looked very clean and was super relaxing. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The driver was awesome!

＞ Lots of activities in hotel and very helpful staff ( a young man who wear glasses) even i'm a foreigner and he can't speak English well. ＞ free dinner and free breakfast are quite Korean tradional ( lots of vetgetables) Will recommended friends to go here and i will go agagin soon. thanks so much from 泰国人
