Starway Hotel (Changbai Mountain Erdao Baihe)

The room was very satisfying and comfortable to stay in. The service attitude was exceptionally good, and they even gave me a gift before I left. I highly recommend staying here. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, I will definitely choose this place again! 👍👍👍

The hotel offers unlimited bottled water, conveniently located in the hallways for guests to grab. The complimentary sodas in the mini-fridge were a thoughtful touch. A robot delivered fruit to our room shortly after check-in, showing great attention to detail in their service. Overall, it's excellent value for money with great service and good quality breakfast. The location is also very convenient for visiting various attractions. Highly recommend!

The family room with a partition is just too comfortable! The room is spacious and the price is right, perfect for a family trip. I originally planned to check out other hotels, but this room type immediately won me over. The environment is great, the service attitude is good, and the breakfast is delicious – definitely remember to add breakfast!

The hotel's location is great, right at a crossroads, making it super convenient to get anywhere. There are so many good restaurants nearby! The staff were also very helpful, and the hotel breakfast was pretty good too!! They even gave us a souvenir when we left, seriously highly recommend this place!! Didn't get to see Tianchi Lake this time, but I'll definitely come back if I get the chance!!!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to both the distribution center and Nduli, with town streets right next door, making shopping incredibly convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy. Although the breakfast restaurant downstairs is small, the food is quite good. The hotel's service is fantastic; any issues were addressed promptly. When we checked out, they even gave us local specialties as a souvenir. We stayed for three consecutive nights during the Chinese New Year, and the experience was truly wonderful.

My stay at the Starway Hotel Changbai Mountain was fantastic! The hygiene was excellent, with great attention to detail. The environment was elegant and had a unique local flair. The room was spacious and quiet, and the location was superb, close to scenic spots and commercial areas with complete amenities. It's not far from the Changbai Mountain North Slope Distribution Center, and there are many dining options nearby. The service was attentive and professional; the front desk staff was friendly and responsive to inquiries. The breakfast was plentiful, and it offered great value for money. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend this hotel! It's very new and clean, with unlimited purified water. The location is super convenient, and they provide all sorts of amenities like tea and even face masks. Plus, there's a washing machine. A shuttle service would be the icing on the cake!

The room was fine. The heating was a bit stuffy in winter, but I asked the front desk and they had a fan, which made it much cooler and more comfortable.
