The hotel service was excellent, and they even provided breakfast, which was incredibly rich and delicious. The location is also great, very close to all the nearby attractions. Seriously, that breakfast was so good!

My stay at the Junlan Academy Hotel exceeded my expectations; it's the best hotel experience I've had so far. First, the overall environment is beautiful. You pass through a gatehouse to enter, and then you're in an independent courtyard surrounded by buildings and beautiful Scots pine trees. There's even a small deer park with a deer inside that you can pet and interact with. I didn't take pictures inside the room, but the toilet is a smart toilet, and there are books about Jilin displayed on the cabinet, living up to its 'Academy' name. The service was also excellent. The butler would check daily if the drinking water and amenities were sufficient and would ask in the evening if the temperature was comfortable, bringing a heater to ensure the room stayed warm at night. It was very thoughtful, unlike some hotel butlers who just send basic information and don't proactively ask guests if they have any other needs. Overall, the experience was great. They also offer a drop-off service to the high-speed rail station. It was truly a hotel experience that went above and beyond my expectations.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Erdaobaihe Town, with beautiful surroundings and a wonderful winter atmosphere. There are three deer on site that guests can interact with closely. Breakfast offers both Chinese and Western options. Our butler, Xiao Yu, was available 24/7 and provided exceptionally thoughtful service, promptly addressing any needs. The room's interior design is also very good, with a soft bed and a large bathtub, plus complimentary disposable tub liners. Every staff member was incredibly enthusiastic. It's even better than established five-star hotels like Hilton that I've stayed at before. For this price, to get such an environment and service, it's truly a no-brainer – just come!

The room was clean and well-kept, and the view from the window was beautiful. The service was excellent, and the high-speed rail station shuttle service was prompt. The butler was very patient. Overall, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it.

From check-in to check-out, I was exceptionally well-cared for. They proactively helped with my luggage, and butler Xiao Yu was incredibly responsive to all my needs. The service was both warm and professional. This hotel is definitely worth revisiting!

Coming to Changbai Mountain, I spent a long time choosing a hotel and decided on the newly opened Junlan. It's so new! When we arrived at the high-speed rail station, we were able to book a pick-up service with the hotel in advance, and then check in. The service was absolutely superb; all the front desk staff were wonderful.
