Bed & Breakfast Guesthouse Leman

We had a fantastic stay in this beautifully decorated house. The rooms are spacious, incredibly cozy, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It is immediately clear that the entire property—from the guest rooms to the breakfast area—has been designed with a great deal of passion and attention to detail. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a real highlight: starting the day with a view of the idyllic garden on one side and a magnificent Christmas tree on the other was just perfect. The location is also ideal: there is a tram station nearby and public rental bikes right across the street, and you can reach the city center on foot in about 30 minutes. Affordable parking is also available nearby. Sander’s hospitality is outstanding—you feel truly welcome from the moment he greets you at the front door. We recommend this B&B 100%!

Visited Antwerp with a friend for two days in mid February and we stayed at the beautiful Guesthouse Leman, which is conveniently situated a short tram ride from the centre of town. The house has been renovated to the highest standards by the owners and is comfortably and luxuriously furnished, perfect for staying in when the weather is terrible! Sander Chargois is the perfect host, friendly and knowledgeable about the city, where to go, eating out and so on. Highly recommended and I would not hesitate to book again when next visiting the city.

Lovely place, perfectly clean and quiet, poetic garden, good breakfast and - friendly cats! The rooms are large, airy, noiseless. Excellent value. This is our second stay and we were not disappointed. Not to speak of the hosts, whose home it is, and who actually enjoy meeting their guests! As for the city, Antwerp should be on the radar. There is a great deal to see, fantastic museums, wonderful walks 'long the riverside; not to speak of the Plantin-Moretus museum, which alone is worth the trip - in fact we returned to Antwerp to spend a full day there.

A very warm welcome and so nice and clean room (The Attic). I also enjoyed the beautiful decor of the living room, kitchen and magnificent garden. A delicious breakfast in a peaceful setting. The perfect place to unwind.

We went to Antwerp for a holiday and has always stayed at Lemans Guest house. We love this place. It has wonderful accommodation. All rooms are lovely. Beautiful decoration to each room and themed. It's comfortable and off course very clean. The breakfast is a friendly affair which is a great start to any day. You may get the attention of one of the cats. Antwerp has so much to offer in places to see ,eat and off course shop . This is our 1st and only choice of accommodation in Antwerp long may it be that way friendly people running a brilliant place.

We spent the first and the last night of our 1-week-trip at the Guesthouse Leman. It was superb and our best choise! Feeling like at home.

Amazing space with very friendly hosts.

It was a privilege to stay in this beautiful house. The moment the front door is opened upon arrival it feels like coming home, you're greeted with a warm welcome and friendly face. Our very spacious suite (the Bond suite) offered plenty of room to hang out and relax in and it came with a little roof terrace too, overlooking the beautiful garden and green space at the back of the house. The very convenient public transport bicycles are right outside the door, and the location of the guesthouse is perfectly situated to not just explore some great Antwerp neighbourhoods, but also escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy some of the green spaces around the city (like the amazing sculpture park Middelheim). And if you don't feel like cycling, there are several tram lines and stops very close by too. My stay at the guesthouse was gifted as a birthday present, and I couldn't have wished for a better present! Staying there is a unique experience: a beautiful house, amazing suite and lovely hosts. I can only advise you to treat yourself, or someone dear, to this unforgettable experience too!

I felt like entering in a fairytale, with the perfect environment for a welcoming and safe stay. The attic was more like suite to me and so nicely decorated.
