Crowne Plaza ANTWERP by IHG

Great location with free parking right across the street – just find an empty spot. The room size was quite good for Belgium, especially considering the value for money. Breakfast was good, definitely recommended. The gym was also nice; I used it every day during my two-day stay. Overall cleanliness was good too. There's no bottled water in the room, but you can use the in-room cups to get water from the dispenser near the elevator. The curtains are a bit old and let in some light, but I had an eye mask, so it was fine. Recommended, I'd choose this hotel again for my next business trip.

This is an older hotel in Antwerp, so the facilities aren't brand new, but everything you need is there. The rooms are well-equipped, including a refrigerator. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. At breakfast, they're very enthusiastic and proactive in assisting you, whether it's coordinating things or getting extra food.

The hotel cut off the water supply from 11 PM until 9:30 AM the next day without any prior notice. I couldn't use the restroom during this time, which severely disrupted my travel plans for the day.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious enough, and breakfast is excellent. The free parking lot outside the hotel is huge. It's a bit of a distance from the central train station and the old town, requiring public transportation, but getting around is convenient, with several tram stops not far away. A taxi back cost 30 euros.
