I made a special call and spoke with someone at the hotel, (I am withholding the name of the person I spoke with) about leaving our luggage there for a few days before we checked in for a 4 night stay. After a brief hold I was clearly told it would be fine. When we arrived the front receptionist would not agree to this saying there was no where to keep the luggage, which is why I specifically inquired several days before! We had to pay an additional $50 to store the luggage at the nearby train station. Interestingly enough, when we did check in a few days later for our 4 night stay, we clearly saw lockers in https://photos.app.goo.gl/2wsVFCqekn3S1kmc6 lobby for luggage storage, So Much for CUSTOMER SERVICE! PICTURE attached with the storage lockers we clearly saw in the lobby after we checked in several days later!

This hotel is somewhat reasonably priced. It usually costs 600, and only goes up to 1600 during peak season. However, it's quite run down. The breakfast, surprisingly, exceeded expectations; it looked poor with limited choices but was actually quite tasty. We arrived at the hotel at 10 AM on July 23rd, and the front desk immediately arranged a room for us without any hassle. However, the shower here only has an overhead rain shower, no handheld nozzle. The windows couldn't be opened, and the hallway lights were motion-activated.

Perfect location right next to Antwerp train station. Amazing shower with hot water and 2 shower heads. Great air conditioning. Well designed mood lighting. Self service beer tap and snacks bar at lobby is super convenient.

I really liked this hotel; it absolutely met my expectations. The (small) gym was a definite bonus for me, especially since I didn't even know it was there when I booked! Ultimately, for my specific trip, the hotel's location was slightly less convenient than another option I had in mind, but certainly not bad at all – just in comparison. This also had to do with having to change my transport to Antwerp at the last minute, which had nothing at all to do with the hotel, but rather with the trains from Rotterdam.

The location is excellent, very close to the station, and the staff service is great. However, the fridge door in my room couldn't open because the handle was broken. The environment is clean and the facilities are very comprehensive, making it perfect for families.

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights. I’d highly recommend. It was super clean, modern and in a great location. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. We loved the amenities and facilities and appreciated the wash room.

The hotel's proximity to the station was a plus. It's a very basic hotel. Free coffee is available during breakfast hours. There's only soap provided, and no glasses or kettles in the room. The air conditioning didn't seem to reach the set temperature, and there were times when only warm air came out. We were told that bed making and cleaning service would be every three nights, but on the third day, they only replaced the towels and tidied the bed; the sheets weren't changed, which was very unhygienic. Bicycle rental is available, but it's cheaper to rent from shops in town. Laundry service costs €6 for washing and drying. The staff were friendly.
