Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp

The service was incredibly thoughtful. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the spa facilities were modern. Overall, for the price, the value for money was exceptional. I would definitely return to Antwerp just for this hotel.

It was a unique hotel. Green surroundings, yet right in the middle of the city. We had high tea, which was very good. The only minor drawback was that the sweets were all white chocolate mousse, so a bit more variety in the sweet options would have made it even better for us. Something like a macaron or a praline, for example, but otherwise, no complaints. Breakfast was amazing. I'm not sure if I'd say it was worth 60 euros per person, but it was very good. The service was also excellent. They even walked us to our room. We were given an accessible room, though I'm not sure why, but an adjustable bed wasn't a bad thing at all.

This hotel was the most memorable part of my trip to Belgium! The room was beautiful and comfortable, and the breakfast is a must-try. They have a buffet, à la carte options, and even champagne and white wine – absolutely delightful!

Not great value for money. The interior felt really cheap, like it was furnished with rental-grade furniture you'd find in a short-term rental. It took nearly 40 minutes to get my room key during check-in. The staff seemed quite disengaged. The only positive was the welcoming doorman at the hotel entrance; he was very enthusiastic.
