Numa Antwerp Opera

Really like this serviced apartment a lot, with a nice aesthetic design. Room was large enough for me (1 bed apartment with sofa, apparently the sofa is given as a room upgrade over the room type I booked so it can be a little misleading when booking). I stayed at Quellin Apartment block so it requires a bit of a walk from the main entrance, but the apartments in Quellin seem to be larger than the ones in the Frankrijklel block. Having heavy lugagge will not be convenient if staying in Quellin block, given there are steps between both blocks and the wheelchair lift has yet to be repaired. Towels, tea/coffee and toilet rolls are free to take from Level 1 Essentials room. If you can’t remember your PIN code, you can use the Numa app to open the entrance and room doors, just that the PIN code is still required for the lifts. It will be more ideal if room slippers are provided. Overall, I had a comfortable stay especially given it is near many supermarkets (Albert Heijn, Jumbo; while Lidl is just downstairs), steps away from Opera underground tram station, walkable to Antwerpen-Centraal Station, and walkable to Groenplaats.

Self checked-in worked okay but was not aware of having to access another block through stairs and lifts. Accessible amenities and coffee machine great add-ons even when there's no concierge. Honest approach. Good space and practicality. 18 minute walk to Christmas Market and within 10 minute walk from Antwerp Central Station. Will stay there again if visiting Antwerp. Keep up the great work.

Close to station. Very nice apartment with all facilities

Good location (about 7 mins walk to the Antwerp-Centraal train station/ Chinatown). We had an issue with the rooms (they gave us the code for the wrong room and we had put our luggage there only to find out we were supposed to be in a different room. However, it was solved quickly by their staff (everything is digital there including check in/ check out, you get a code upon arrival to enter the building and room)). 24hr parking near by (about 5 mins walk from the hotel) but we had issue re-entering the car park as their system was down. Pretty clean room with laundry machine, kitchen and utensils.

Overall, it was a very good hotel. What I liked the most was that the room was very spacious. The kitchen was also very functional and had all the necessary dishes. I think it is suitable for long-term stays. Additionally, it was within walking distance of the station and very close. The staff were friendly and nice as well.

2 adult, 1 child, but city tax was charged for 4 adults every day... Very complicated way to check in and out.

Location is great - pretty much within walking distance to everything. Self check-in and -out was conviennent too, just sometimes need a bit of wait for the receptionist to give the room key. I’ve got a free upgrade as the room I was assigned to in the first place was dirty - they definitely need to improve on cleanness. Overall above average quality experience

Great location! Within walking distance to Antwerp Central Station and Roosevelt bus interchange. Several supermarkets in the immediate neighbourhood for convenience food and groceries shopping. Eateries galore with all kinds of kitchen. Will book again, next time we're in Antwerp.

Great place , everything I need in a modern contemporary building . Excellent customer service and great location a couple of mins from central station
