Miridiya Lake Resort

I booked this hotel on Ctrip, which was probably booked on ***********. The hotel refused to acknowledge the Ctrip order and asked me to pay in cash at the front desk. I had already paid online, so how could I pay again? Then they refused to accept the 70$/day payment shown on the order, and deliberately found fault with the exchange rate, the newness of the US dollar paper, and many other aspects... I am still on the way and don't have time to write down the whole process. In short, I had to go upstairs and downstairs five or six times, and the service attitude of the store was arrogant and unreasonable. I have been traveling independently in Sri Lanka for more than half a month, and this is the first time I have encountered such a hotel that tries every means to embarrass customers. After complaining to Ctrip, Ctrip and *********** worked together to deal with it very quickly and properly. Thank you very much!
