Very comfortable! Upon arrival, they immediately offered a local tuk-tuk guide. We ended up paying 5k (around 1.5k rubles) for three hours of riding around in the tuk-tuk, visiting attractions, and learning about them. The only downside was weak Wi-Fi in the room furthest away.

Overall friendly service and helped us book tours to the temples. However, really bad WiFi in the rooms. Bedsheets weren’t that clean. Bathroom floor was kind of sticky at first, as if they cleaned it with sugar water. Don’t expect too much from the breakfast since it’s just white toast, an egg, one cherry tomato fried, and 4 sticks of French fries. The overall design of the hotel is very nice tho with a big tropical yard. For one or two nights it’s totally ok.

It's located in the city center, but the tree-filled garden creates a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and clean for the price. The bathroom has good hot water and is comfortable. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is simple but delicious. It's near the lake, and you can reach Buddhist sites by tuk-tuk for 400-500 rupees. Perhaps because of the trees, there are a lot of mosquitoes.

The bus from Colombo to Anuradhapura passes near the hotel, and you can get off directly there. It's about a kilometer walk to the hotel, which is quite convenient. However, the bed curtains were a bit too sheer, and there wasn't a single chair in the entire room.
