Villu Villa

Basic, limited services. Old bed linen. No parking. Toilet paper was given only when we asked for it. Very basic breakfast.

Really enjoyed my stay at Villu Villa while travelling around Anuradhapura. I originally booked one night, extended my stay, and even came back after trying another place. It was peaceful, comfortable and I always felt safe. The hospitality was lovely too. That says a lot about the place for me. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, peaceful and welcoming stay in Anuradhapura. ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Villu Villa, a home stay villa with a lovely swimming pool and a lush green garden surrounding it. The owners are very kind and helfpul and we definitely recommend having dinner for at least once, the buffet that is presented here is so delicious, our kids loved it. It's also an ideal starting point for discovering Anuradhapura.

Really enjoyed our stay here, family was lovely, gave us lots of good recommendations of places to visit that may not be in the guide books. Breakfast is included and there is plenty of it! You can order lunch and dinner also. The traditional meals are very nice. You can book a night guided tour to the temples, hire bikes or book a massage. We loved it so much we decided to stay another night. The pool is fabulous and a much appreciated bonus.

What a chill place! We stayed here for 4 nights and it almost felt a bit like home. The hosts are super nice and help with anything you need. The room is large and clean, and the pool is incredibly relaxing. We could even rent a tandem bike at the guest house. Within 5 minutes of cycling, we were in the hustle and bustle of the city. Definitely a recommendation!!!!

We stayed at the villu villa for a two night and nothing to complain about this beautiful place. The villa is very calm and quiet and cleanness of the place was top notch. The place situated right on the middle of the city where all the tourists attractions were centered. The day we stayed in the villa it was fully booked with two other families but place was extremely quiet and that’s what we really like about the place. The family who’s runs the property very kind people and nothing is too much for them and always willing to help and extend their assistance whenever you needed. They also prepare a breakfast for us and it was a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner options are available if you inform them little earlier on the day. Thank you and we will be back 🥰

Really nice place for cheap price. The swimmingpool with flowers and plants around is so nice and clean ! The family gave us a warm welcome. Would definitely recommend it. Nice for family with kids ! They also rent bikes for 1000 roupies ! Thank you !

I stayed for two nights. I'm this little guesthouse. Such a nice family and home. The pool area is extremely nice, with flowering trees surrounding the area. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. My room had a mosquito net, which was a nice touch. The owners were able to help me organize the next le of my trip, which was super helpful to me. I enjoyed my stay!
