Cleanliness, comfort, all the amenities, kitchenware, and all those little extras. It's only 2 minutes from the Square, and there's a currency exchange right across from the building (by the way, Mir cards were only accepted at the airport; everywhere else was cash-only unless you have an international bank card).
The cherry on top was the view of Ararat! 😍"

GGuest UserSweet, convenient room. Perfect location. The only minus between 15-16 floors there is no elevator, and we had a suitcase and had to lift on the stairs. The cleaner could be : a couple of hair found and curtains in the bathroom would have changed. And so all super)

GGee WooHouse was magnificent with excellent location.
So many restaurants near by
Super market right in front
Many tour spot were easily accessible
Many tour bus starts from the square near by
But more Air BNB facility
If you are big group it might be good to stay
Living room tv didn’t work and curtains were see though
At night I couldn’t stay in the living room because of no privacy
Except that facility was good

1.Апартаменты небольшие, но чистые и уютные!
2.Располагаются в пешей доступности от главных достопримечательностей и улиц с ресторанами.
(Пешком минут 10-15)
3.Тапочки, зубные принадлежности и туалетная бумага есть,но в небольшом количестве.
Если оставаться на 2 дня хватит, но на больше дней придется докупать самостоятельно. Мы оставались на 5 дней, поэтому пришлось купить
4. Есть алиса, можно слушать музыку в любое время)
5. Есть кондиционер!
6. В холодильнике по приезду ожидает холодная вода, это приятно, так как на улице жара
Минусы :
1.в описании было указано,что есть балкон,но его не было . Одно окно,которое выходит на этот же дом с другой стороны
2.в шкафу хотелось бы иметь дополнительные полотенца, так как пользоваться 4 полотенцами вдвоем на протяжении 5 дней не совсем гигиенично и неприятно, так как сушить их негде
3. Ванная самый большой минус : на раковине и в душевой кабине нет совсем полок, что очень неудобно ,когда принимаешь душ. Так же в душевой нет ограничителя на полу, поэтому , когда принимаешь душ,то весь туалет , раковина и душевая на полу в воде. Учитывая тот факт,что кладут всего 1 полотенце в виде коврика для ног ,то оно моментально становится мокрым и грязным, пару раз из-за этого в ванне поскользнулась.
Доработайте эти моменты и все будет хорошо)

GGuest UserThe biggest plus these apartments is the location. To the center a few minutes walk the place is quiet, for the night is the most. The room is a little ”obsolete” in the pictures. At the same time, it's clear how much we have noticed, as we spent only one night here. For our purposes it was. The biggest minus is the unlocked door to the toilet. To take a shower or go to the toilet I had to ask my husband to close the door, I was not strong enough as if the door was blown up and badly entered the pass. Entry by video instruction using the key left in the box at the entrance. At the same time we had a problem, as we confused the entrance, the boxes were near other entrances too, and to reconsider the video was not possible due to the lack of mobile Internet, helped a passing person, The Internet was easy to go on. In general, the apartment is normal for a night.

GGuest UserОчень понравилось расположение апартаментов, центр, театры, магазины в пешей доступности. Прямо около дома парк Seasons с новогодней ярмаркой. Есть вайфай, телевизор.
Во время проживания были проблемы с горячей водой, по вечерам ее не было. Хотя котел работал круглосуточно, причем очень шумно. Он находится в шкафе и регулярно издает такие громкие звуки, будто из шкафа кто-то пытается выбраться. Эти звуки бывают по ночам тоже. Также плохая шумоизоляция, хорошо слышно соседей, плач детей.
За 11 ночей была уборка 2 раза. Об уборке заранее не предупреждали, сообщали где-то за час до прихода. Удобнее знать заранее в какие дни стоит ждать уборку, чтобы прибрать личные вещи. Средства гигиены во время уборки не обновляли (гель для душа, шампунь)

GGuest UserСупер место расположения. Это местный арбат пешеходный, тут есть всё, бредовые магазины, кафе, обмен валют, подарки, работает всё до поздна, есть кафе и подземные, еслр погода не очень, музыканты на улице, красиво и огоньками украшено.
Большая квартира, всё аккуратно. Есть бассейн и спортзал на 10 и 11 этаже. Достаточно чисто. Есть все принадлежности в ванной, в том числе и зубные щётки, что большой плюс. Но в идеале добавить хотя бы губку для мытья посуды, когда на 1-2 дня приезжаешь, нет смысла и времени всё это покупать бегать, мы бы сами посуду помыли хорошенько, но не до поиска губки было.
Есть стиральная машина и огромная раскладная сушилка, для большой семьи отлично. Единственное, если поздно заселяетесь, по возможности заранее свяжитесь с отелем, чтобы обсудить как войти в здание, чтобы не пришлось стоять у дверей в ночи.
А сотрудникам рекомендация указать в ваучере отдельно номер для связи по вотсап. Когда из-за границы приезжаешь, связь через интернет обычно.
В отеле есть завтраки и трансфер, но мы об этом информацию увидели только при выезде😅.
В целом очень рекомендую этот аппарт-отель.

GGuest UserVery good location, apartments are in the house-building, I understand, in the Armenian style. Responsive staff - responded quickly to questions and requests. Booked, TK was late departure and in previous apartments there was no possibility to extend the stay. Matras, by the way, very good. There is even a small kitchen with microwave, perhaps even with the stove (to be honest, didn't remember).
