CCocoGreat Stay in a Prime Location
We stayed in a ”Wilde Bedroom” for three nights and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious, with a little pantry for light meals. It was great to have self-laundry on the same floor (3rd).
The location is perfect, with many restaurants nearby. We enjoyed dinner at ”Restaurant Vienne/OnurChefs.” In addition, it’s close to attractions like Stephansplatz and St. Stephen’s Cathedral.
One minor drawback was finding the hotel entrance; clearer signage would greatly enhance the overall experience. Also, having a vacuum cleaner in the room would be a bonus.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

GGuest UserThe location of the place is quite convenient and close to Metro lines, supermarkets, and a pharmacy.
The apartment has sufficient amenities complete with kitchen utensils, a laundry room, etc.
The floor is a bit dirty and need to wear room slippers all the time.
The AC remote does not have instructions that it won’t work if the windows are open. I can’t find it in the check-in email or their website. I was not able to contact the team via phone as my roaming plan does not cover voice call.

HH MatthiasExcellent property in a quiet neighborhood and just 2-3 subway stops from Vienna's top attractions. The team at Weltwien was proactive, helpful, and accommodating, even emailing me months in advance to provide me with useful information for checking in/out outside of staffed hours. Checking in myself was a breeze, instructions were sent via Whatsapp. Special mention for Natascha who was a delight to communicate with.
The apartment was spacious (large balcony), extremely clean, beautiful, and well equipped (full kitchen with pots and dishwasher). The bathroom was lovely and had a towel radiator. The TV was smart and easy to use. Weltwien is now one of my favourite apartment hotels in Europe! Only complaint was that the bedroom could be brighter (more lights).
Laundry rooms are available on 2 floors, with detergent and ironing board provided. Highly recommended.

나나폴리맛피자The apartment had a spacious, home-like layout and excellent facilities. Although cleaning services weren't provided for our two-day stay, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and proactive in resolving any issues. The separate bathroom and toilet were also a plus. We appreciated the ample cooking utensils and tableware, which made it possible to cook our own meals, and there's even a dishwasher! Personally, I think it would be even better if basic essentials like cooking oil, salt, and sugar were provided, as it feels a bit wasteful to buy everything new for a short stay.
While it's a bit far from the city center, the tram stop right in front of the property makes getting around very convenient.

Cleanliness was generally great, with clean linen, towels, etc. The kitchen was very well kept, as well. The only issue was the floors throughout the place could do with a more thorough clean between customers, as it was a bit on the dusty side.
The coffee machine uses ‘pro’ pads that can’t be bought in shops, so you have to buy them
From the vending machine in the lounge… unfortunately the vending machine was out of order/misconfigured. There is an electric kettle, though which means instant coffee is an option.
Overall, great value for money!

GGuest UserThe rooms are a good size. The kitchenette is very well equipped even comes with oil, salt and pepper which AJ very helpful rather than having to buy oil if you are on a short trip. The washing machines and dryer are well-maintained. Location is near a u-bahn and there are a few restaurants near by which is useful.
Would be even more useful if a broom or a small vacuum cleaner could be provided. Take note that there’s a very small flight of stairs before reaching the lift so for those with accessibility requirements this needs to be considered.

BBuchiyudetangThe whole is relatively clean, the room is small, but the facilities are complete, send an email in advance to inform the way to enter the room, it is very easy to find. The public toilet is large and the hot water is good. The only fly in the ointment is the poor sound insulation. The house facing the street is always a ghost and a teenager comes out to blow the street at night, which is very noisy.

The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature.
We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served.
The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken.
But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi.
The staff was very friendly and quick.
