The room was great, quiet despite being in a busy area, and very close to Wuyi Square subway station. There's a pedestrian street downstairs, just a few minutes away. The room was very clean, and the receptionists were all very welcoming and friendly. They contacted us in advance and gave us directions to the hotel. A very satisfying stay.

Guest UserStepping into this hotel felt like entering a dream paradise hidden from the world. The lobby's design was exquisitely crafted, with soft lighting illuminating the polished marble floors, casting dreamy, ethereal reflections. Every inch of space seemed to exude an artistic ambiance. The room was cozy and elegant, with delicate sheer curtains gently swaying in the breeze. Sunlight streamed through the windows, casting a golden glow on the soft bed, instantly washing away the fatigue of travel. Outside, the view was picturesque, either a tranquil lake with shimmering ripples or lush mountains enveloped in mist. Here, time seemed to slow down, and every moment was filled with poetry and romance.
This hotel is a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling city. From the moment you step through the doors, you can feel a unique sense of peace and serenity. The hotel's decor is minimalist yet elegant, with every detail showcasing quality and style. The room was filled with a subtle lavender scent, making it feel as if you were in a lavender field in Provence. The comfortable bed was as soft as a cloud, making me happy.

I was truly surprised by the price and service here in Changsha. The environment is fantastic, and the owner is incredibly nice. It's really close to the city center, and there's a huge parking lot right downstairs. Next time I'm in town, I definitely won't stay anywhere else. This is the only place for me!

The apartment come with 2 rooms, living hall, kitchen, washing machine and dryer.
Located in the core business district of Wuyi Square, which is very convenient for travel. Sorrounding has many malls and resturants.
The host is very nice and helpful. We bought many parcels online and come in different days, the host helped to contact delivery man to receive parcels for us. Recommend to stay here.

Guest UserThis time I went to Changsha for a week, the happiest thing was staying in this hotel. The room was clean and hygienic. I was very happy sitting on the sofa on the first floor, eating takeaway and watching TV. I was also very happy to sleep in two separate rooms opposite each other on the second floor. The facilities are also very complete. The downstairs is full of food, the subway is at the door, there are at least three shopping malls around, the location is also very good, and takeaway can also be ordered, very satisfied.

RenshengjiushizheyangmabutingtiI've stayed at Ascott in three different cities, and now it's my first choice whenever I visit a major city.
**Facilities:** Complete, with a fully equipped kitchen including cutlery, an induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. Everything was very clean, and the washing machine even had a seal indicating it had been disinfected. The cutlery was also spotless, and there wasn't a trace of grease in the kitchen. They even provided dish soap and laundry detergent.
What I love about Ascott is having a separate kitchen and living room, so I don't disturb family members who go to bed early. It also comes with two separate restrooms, so I don't have to worry about disturbing anyone at night. The two sinks are also very convenient for getting ready at the same time.
**Hygiene:** Very clean. The sofa also looked pristine.
**Environment:** On the 36th floor, which is great. The night view is beautiful.
**Service:** Very good. Food deliveries are handled by a robot.
Unfortunately, there are no EV charging stations, so I had to charge my car elsewhere. The parking lot is huge and it's easy to find a space. There's a shopping mall downstairs, perfect for a browse. Nearby, there's also Cha Yan Yue Se (tea shop) and crawfish delivery. The famous 'Por Por BBQ' internet-famous restaurant is right across the street, but I didn't try it. However, the 'Ben Luobo' restaurant is really delicious and a must-try! If you have kids, I recommend feeding them at a nearby noodle shop before heading there.

Guest UserAfter looking at several places online, we finally settled on this one. I was a bit worried about the cleanliness based on some mixed reviews I'd read, but it completely exceeded my expectations when we arrived! All my previous concerns vanished. The room was really fantastic, and the environment was great. The staff even upgraded us to a larger room for free when they saw there were four of us, which was absolutely wonderful. The price was very reasonable, offering great value for money, and the location is super convenient. Ladies, if you're coming to Changsha, staying here is definitely the right choice!

Guest UserNice location right on the line 2 of Changsha metro (Yuanjialing station ) close to all Changsha main attractions , if you arrive on the high speed train to the south railway station is extremely easy to find the way to the hotel , two of us are able to speak Chinese but I also notice they are able understand some English with my parents for basic needs . Across the street there is a plaza where you can find everything you need on your trip and also access the subway station

Highly recommend this hotel! The location is superb, right in the heart of a shopping district, making it incredibly convenient to get to all the attractions. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft that I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing was excellent; I didn't hear any noise at all. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, and check-in was a breeze. This place offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Guest UserI know prices go up during holidays, but this surcharge is just jaw-dropping. I'd understand if it were three or four times the price shown in picture 2, but ten times is just outrageous!
I have to admit, the owner's attitude was excellent. However, the overall service was poor. No housekeeping for three days, not even the trash cans were emptied. The room's window faced an air shaft, which was depressing to look at, so I kept the curtains closed for days – essentially making it a windowless room. The most unacceptable thing was the cooking smells from other rooms or the downstairs kitchen wafting directly into our room. The hotel had no signs, and the navigation just had me circling in confusion; I had to contact the owner to realize I was right downstairs. Sigh!
There are definitely advantages to the location. Wuyi Square commercial street is right downstairs, and the subway is at the entrance (though getting down is another story – the elevator wait was ridiculous, and even then, it was often full). This is why I chose this place, but it's not a hotel; it's clearly a homestay. If it were normally priced like in picture 2, combined with the owner's attitude, it would be a real gem.
