Haikou Apartments

The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping came daily. What I appreciated most was that the fridge didn't have any strange odors! It's super convenient for getting around, with the duty-free shop and outlet mall practically next door. The front desk lady, Ms. Liang, was very helpful and knew the area well, giving accurate answers to all my questions. I'll definitely be back! Also, the foot massage run by the owner was very professional.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Haikou Qilou Old Street. The room has a washing machine, which is great, and it's spacious. Parking is convenient, making it a top choice for road trips. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic.

I booked a double bed room. When I arrived at the store, I saw that it was a large suite. It was worth it. There are refrigerators and washing machines on the facilities. There are air conditioners in the living room and rooms, and the cooling effect is good. The guest room was very quiet. I didn't hear any noise at night. It was very comfortable to stay for one night on a business trip. Finally, I would like to praise the boss. It must be praised. The hotel has a pick-up service. He drove me to the airport when I got up in the morning. His attitude is very good. The overall feeling is great. It's my first time coming to Haikou and I am very satisfied with my stay in the hotel.

The room facilities and amenities were top-notch for a guesthouse; the solid wood furniture and appliances were all brand-name, and the place was clean and hygienic. The chubby young man providing service was very friendly. The most amazing thing was the food street just a few hundred meters away – it was so delicious! The oysters, tofu… I highly recommend it. I'm not a shill, this is a genuine positive review. The breakfast in town today was also good. The people of Lingshan Town really know how to live; I felt the vibrant local atmosphere. I hope to have the opportunity to go back and experience it again. Staying overnight while flying is really suitable, like a vacation. There wasn't much scenery, though. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but I did manage to take a picture of the food street.

Mr Richard is an amazingly supportive, caring, and welcoming host. He graciously accommodated my very late (1.00am) checkin and provided useful advice to me as a first-time Hainan visitor. The two bedroom apartment is in a quiet and secure complex but close to the shopping and reasturant malls right opposite the Renecanice Hotel. My business was with the ASU/Hainan University (Mission Hills Campus) an easy 15-minute stroll. Mr Richard speaks English beautifully - thank goodness for me!

View was amazing/ as written, able to see the port, seaview, if you booked one. Location was confusing despite using the maps as there were a few roads and the fact that the location will lead you to the building beside. So perhaps asking those shops would be easier. There were some food, convenience stores around. The stay was quite decent. Recommended tho!

The view from the room is excellent, and the sunset is beautiful as it sets in the west. The landlord was very considerate and set up a table on the balcony, where you can enjoy the sea breeze and feel the comfort of vacation! A family of four each has a room, so there is no fighting over it. There is also an entertainment area for children. We discussed with the landlord about late check-out on the second night of the boat, and he readily agreed without charging any fees. Very nice! I will book again next time I come to Haikou for vacation.

This stay was a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, close to Xiuying Port. The community environment is beautiful, with lots of greenery. The receptionist was quick to process the check-in and provided excellent service. The upgrade to a sea view room offered a stunning nighttime view. It was great value for money!

Beyond the food, the area offers a wonderful glimpse into local life. It’s a great spot for anyone keen to explore and understand a different side of China. The people are kind, humble, and welcoming, adding warmth to the experience. The weather was cooler than I expected—around 20°C—but pleasantly so. All in all, a memorable and flavourful stay.

The hotel I stayed in was close to the sea. It was really convenient to go to the beach. It was a good place for the whole family to travel. It was very suitable to bring children to play. The hotel was not far from the beach. It took a few minutes to walk directly to the beach after leaving the hotel. The hotel is fully equipped, the rooms are clean and clean, and the price of the sea view room is really not expensive. The hotel room is comfortable and the environment is very elegant. It is very good to the north and the blue sea and Baishamen Park to the south. It is a great choice for travel and vacation couples.
