HHildaWe spent our weekend in Nanjing for a musical show at Nanjing Poly Theatre and Tianshiju Executive Apartment is a perfect location for us as it's right next to the theatre. The apartments are actually occupying the top floors of the International Youth Convention Hotel where the guests can share the hotel facilities. We were staying in the 2-bedroom apartment with big rooms and living areas, which is well-furnished, well-maintained and the air inside the room is fresh with no bad smell. More important, the front desk staffs are all very friendly and helpful especially Miss Anna Hu who is super patient and efficient. Also, surprising us is the free afternoon tea from 3pm to 7pm daily in the dining area which is not big but quiet. Thus, it would be perfect for those who would like to sit down for a quiet drink and snacks with friends.
We had an enjoyable stay in Tianshiju and would definitiely visit again in our next Nanjing trip!!

MM19688****Thank you to the hostess for the warm welcome! The room was also very nice! Metro Lines 1 and 3 are right downstairs! It's just eight stops from South Station! All the attractions radiate from here! Most of the attractions are within a few subway stops! But renting an electric scooter is more convenient! You can get around the city easily!

Facilities: There is a washing machine. It is the first time I have stayed in a room with a washing machine. The price is not expensive and it is not a problem!

MMrs CGThe lady at reception does not communicate effectively also does not try to take out a translator to understand what you are saying.The rooms are clean i did however see spider webs at the corner of the roof.Checking in took longer than it would at other hotels.The lady at reception did not mind taking a look at us when we gave her the room key because she was texting,i had to say we are leaving as we entered the elevator.No thank you no well wishes.She dressed very casually and unprofessional and so was her service and people skills.We will never stay here again because of these grievances.

GGuest UserThe front desk sent us to the room very enthusiastically and the service was very good.
but
1. There is no hot water in the room. You have to turn on the switch to boil the water yourself. The front desk said that it will be ready in a while. We did it for more than an hour, and it was already after 10pm when we arrived at the apartment. It was already after 11pm when we finished packing. I was very tired and had to wait for the hot water to boil before I could wash up. I would like to ask which accommodation like yours does not have ready hot water?
2. I booked a primeval forest themed room, but the rooms the front desk gave us were pictures 1 and 2. Are they no longer available? Don’t sell without you. Because it was very late when I arrived at the apartment, I didn’t want to go through the trouble of walking back and forth to change.
3. Why is there only one bag of shower gel and shampoo? Human skin still has such a large area, is one bag enough? I'm afraid it's not only enough for foot washing, but also shampoo. If a girl has more hair, is one bag enough? Besides, there are often two people staying.
The experience is terrible, the hygiene is OK, but the facilities are not very good

GGuest UserThe room is larger than expected, with two 1.8-meter large beds, which is very wide. Mainly because of the convenient transportation, the subway station and bus station are very close. There are also many choices of restaurants around.
The store gave me the items I forgot to take with me by express delivery for free. Thank you very much. I will choose them again next time I return to Nanjing.

GGuest UserI randomly found a hotel near Xinjiekou and the result was unexpected. The hotel is right near the subway entrance. It is very convenient. The guy at the front desk is also very enthusiastic and helped to get a comb. The room environment is really much better than expected. It is full of warmth, especially some small ones. The decoration is full of atmosphere and the corridors are not noisy. The soundproofing is also very good. I stayed with my girlfriend for three days and I felt so good😍 I’ll come back next time
