CCaicaituanWe were on vacation with the kids, and after looking at many hotels and guesthouses online, we finally chose this one. Even during the Chinese New Year holiday, the price wasn't outrageously high. The style in the online pictures was also to our liking! Upon checking in, we found the room to be spacious, well-laid out, and very Instagrammable! Every photo we took was beautiful! It's also very close to the beach; just walk across the bustling food street and you're there. After playing in the sea, we could easily grab dinner on the way back! So convenient! It really exceeded my expectations.

GGuest UserZLT is still good, the hotel is very clean, the bedding is very good, and then it feels particularly hygienic. The design of the bathroom is what I like very much, and all kinds of feelings are very comfortable! To add, this location is quite good! Everything to play and eat! The front desk is also very attentive and very nice.

GGuest UserOur assigned room was in Building 1, a twin-bedded room with a fantastic direct sea view. The bathroom light wasn't working upon check-in, but the butler responded promptly and arranged for an engineer to fix it immediately. Their service attitude was excellent. There's an underground parking lot, but guests still have to pay for parking, capped at 12 yuan/day. The direct elevator access is convenient. Free street parking is a hit or miss. The room was clean and tidy, and disposable towels and other amenities were provided. I was lucky enough to catch a great fireworks display from the balcony (P.S. The glass in the picture is my own).

GGuest UserI would say it’s a perfect place for a big family or families to stay under one roof. I would recommend to others. The ktv room is as the photo shows with good sound system. The pool table is all worned out and not very good quality. Can only satisfy young kids. The kitchen seemed to have bowls and plates but not totally clean or new. Have stains in them. The rooms each have their own bathroom so no complain here. They offer disposable towels so you may want to bring your own. I complained about the dirty and smelly refrigerator and very quickly responded and got helpers to come clean it. Oh the mahjong table had some disfunction as some tiles were a larger size. The home is close to the beach so that’s nice! Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would come again with big families.

GGuest UserThe apartment building is not close to the sea, and there is a parking space in front of the building. The formalities are handled in the house facing the street. The room is managed by the owner and is apartment-style. The room size is OK, the terrace is relatively large, and there is a washing machine. However, there are two buildings in front that block part of the view. The sanitary conditions are too poor, the furniture and appliances are old, the towels are disposable, and the slippers seem to have not been washed. The soles are worn thin. There are no disposable slippers, and there is no restaurant. However, there are many small shops downstairs, the food stalls are brightly lit at night, fireworks and firecrackers on the coastline illuminate the night sky, and the lights of the Hilton Hotel not far away are dim and artistic.

BBeGreen379A warm welcome to my stay. The staff were kind and friendly. Considering I am a foreigner traveling to this city, the staff were accommodating for my low level of Chinese mandarin speaking. They offered an escort to my room for clear direction.
The room is spacious and offers a great stay.
Towels and bedding provided. Clothes washer in the room. Balcony is wide with a sunny view.
I will definitely book again!
The neighborhood is quiet with some small restaurants and shops. Swimming gear available at many locations.

GGuest UserI booked two rooms in a row, both of which have sea views. It's nice to rest on the balcony with sea view. The beach is right below. It's very close, which is very good. In addition, it's very close to the Majong Seafood Market, so it's very convenient to buy seafood and process it. It only takes about 20 minutes to drive from the Second Avenue in the city. I feel that staying here is a good choice.
