WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

SStasuardoWe had a great stay! The apartment is spacious, with very soft beds and blankets, and a stunning sea view. The host was polite, responsive, and always ready to help. There were no dishes or cooking utensils in the apartment at first, but upon request the host kindly provided us with a wok and a pot free of charge. Self check-in was smooth and easy. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here.

Riding an electric scooter should be faster. It's an apartment-style layout. The building manager is very conscientious and responsible for the management. The staff will tell you which floor it is on. There was an incident in the middle. Because the same name and surname are different genders, it was originally a twin room, but finally turned into two rooms. It was a perfect solution. The facilities in the room are particularly complete. The floor There are quite a lot of snacks available, and the environment is very good and very quiet. Because I came to attend a concert, it was very close to the concert venue and the transportation was very good.

When going out to book a hotel, be sure to book one with windows. It feels really good, with sunshine and ventilation. The front desk staff is very patient. A password is required to enter the downstairs gate, which is quite safe.
It's also very close to the subway station👍👍. It's very close to Gulangyu Island and Jimei School Village. It's really good.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, very close to Chuangxinyuan Metro Station, making it easy to access both the airport and commercial districts. The apartment was spotless, and the room had a cozy, welcoming feel. All the facilities were complete and perfectly clean. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, offering thoughtful service from check-in to check-out. They even helped us arrange a taxi. We had an exceptionally comfortable stay and highly recommend it!

GGuest UserFirst of all, in terms of location, there is nothing to complain about. The view outside the window is unbeatable, the surrounding attractions are very close, and shopping downstairs is very convenient. It takes about 3 to 5 minutes to reach Shapowei, and about 3 minutes to reach Yanwu Bridge. It is super convenient.
Secondly, the room facilities, although not newly renovated, are very clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the sleep is very good. Personally, I think this is better, because the newly renovated ones will have odors. The disposable bath towels, shampoo and shower gel in the room are pretty good, and the shower room has a lot of water. Taking a hot bath after a day of shopping is very refreshing.
Finally, I want to talk about the boss. Although I didn’t meet him, I communicated with him on WeChat throughout the whole process. It was super super smooth. I will definitely choose this one next time I have the opportunity to come again! I wish the store sister a prosperous business and a lot of money!
