2200123****I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful; seeing that I was checking in with an elderly person, they proactively arranged for us to be on the same floor, which made daily care much easier. It was full of considerate details and very heartwarming. The room had an amazing view, with beautiful scenery right outside the window. The air was fresh and clear, and it was exceptionally quiet, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The location is also excellent; it's just a few minutes' drive to Huafa Shangdu, making shopping and dining super convenient. An even bigger surprise was that the parking lot has charging stations, so there's absolutely no need to worry if you're traveling by car. The entire experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

GGuest UserIt is a fantastic room with stunning view from the massive floor to ceiling windows looking towards the city. It is such a waste because the room is not finished to I think three minimum required standard.
A few important pieces of furnitures and accessories missing in the room.

3 bed side lamp
4 in addition to the 1 electric front door lock, another front door lock which is locked from inside the room.
5 other than the paper disposal bath towel 1 for each guest real towels at least 1 face towel and 1 bath towel for each guest
6 I stand coffee and tea bags
7 small safe
If they can complete the finishings, I am sure it can charge a much better room rate and room occupancy.

MMaggie Feng88The hotel's location is excellent, not far from Gongbei Port. It's about a 20-minute walk, making it easy to pop over to Macau for some fun. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are spacious. Downstairs, there are many small eateries, which is super convenient. A big thank you to the front desk lady for the complimentary room upgrade! The view was fantastic, with a clear sight of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. She also extended our check-out to 2 PM, which was much appreciated 🙏. I'll definitely choose Fumi again next time I'm in Zhuhai! 👏👏

MM533497****This hotel nails it on atmosphere, location, and service! The location is absolutely prime, right outside a subway station, making it super convenient to get to shopping areas and attractions. There are also several bus stops within a ten-minute walk, and taxis are always easy to catch.
The ambiance was a real pleasant surprise. The lobby is lush with greenery, almost like a small garden. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of light, with a view of a small park outside, and it was incredibly quiet at night. The carpeted hallways meant no noise from people walking by. Inside the room, it was spotless and had a really pleasant, subtle fragrance.
The service was incredibly thoughtful. The front desk had my room card ready beforehand and proactively helped me with my luggage. The housekeeping staff did a thorough job every day, replenishing amenities without me even having to ask. At breakfast, the servers were quick to clear plates and even warned guests when hot drinks were running low—attention to detail was a perfect score! Excellent value for money, I'll definitely be staying here again.

GGuest UserThe room was well-equipped, and all the disposable toiletries were in perfect condition. I didn't check in until after 10 PM, but the air conditioning had already been turned on, making the room very cool and comfortable. There was a refrigerator, and the bed was very soft. We also purchased Chimelong tickets through them, which were cheaper than on the official website. I accidentally left some belongings behind when I checked out, but the owner was very kind and promptly helped mail them back to me. The view was also quite good.

YYunk_KThis apartment offers great value for money. The check-in process was incredibly smooth. Traveling with children, hygiene is always our top priority, and we were very impressed. It was super convenient to have a washing machine, especially in the hot weather; the drum was spotless and odor-free, clearly well-sanitized. The nights were quiet, and the AC was strong and effective. The location is fantastic – Hengqin Port is right downstairs, making it a short walk to clear customs and catch a complimentary shuttle bus. There's a food court right across the street, so everything from dining to entertainment is incredibly convenient. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Zhuhai.

MM449027****Extremely satisfied with the room! It's super close to Hengqin Port, literally right downstairs. The room environment is excellent, super clean, and the bed is very comfortable – I slept incredibly well. The owner even provided disposable bath towels, which was a thoughtful touch. The view outside is unbeatable; you can see the Macau nightscape. The owner is a warm-hearted young guy who offered a lot of help. I stayed here for both my Hong Kong and Macau trips and even stored my luggage midway. All in all, I am super, super, incredibly, explosively satisfied and have already recommended it to friends!!! Book it, you won't regret it!!!

The most important thing is that the downstairs is Vientiane Hui, which is super convenient for eating and shopping. Two minutes walk to the bus stop at the door, it is super convenient to go up and down to the city balcony bus. The only downside is that there is no refrigerator in the room. I hope the store can consider it comprehensively. The refrigerator does not need to be too big, but it is still a must-have home appliance product:

GGuest UserWe were going to Zhuhai Chimelong with our child, so we stayed in downtown Zhuhai the day before. I picked a place with a style my child would love, and as soon as she entered the room, she was over the moon! The actual room looked even better than my photos! What girl can resist an Elsa castle? The two large beds were perfect for a family of four. The hotel staff were also very responsible and met all our needs; the service was excellent! My child didn't even want to leave on the second day.
