"A beautiful place. Everything is for a comfortable rest. A separate bedroom for parents and a children room. There are all the food-making facilities in the kitchen. Clean and order staff follows perfectly. To the beach 5 minutes walk."

GGuest UserThe suite is very nicely decorated and with walk-out balconies!! Me and my husband has the best 3-nights stay. The suite has its bedroom separated from the dining area which allows me to do work while my husband needs to rest in.
The location is just perfect central to everything. The washing machine and the cooking utensils allows us to relax and dine in casually after we’ve been out for a long day!
We’ll come back to stay again if we come back to Alicante!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very well located, within a 10–15 minute walking distance to the beach, the city centre market, and the castle lift. There are many restaurants and eateries downstairs, which is very convenient. The room was very clean and well equipped with sufficient cooking utensils, making it suitable for a comfortable stay.
However, there are two points worth mentioning. First, it can be quite noisy at night, especially during the late hours and early morning. Although the hotel has installed soundproofing, the effectiveness is not ideal. Second, the check-in process was not very clear. In the end, we still needed to visit the physical reception of a nearby My Flats hotel to pay a lower deposit in order to activate the door access code. This requirement was not clearly explained in advance, and the instructions lacked sufficient detail.

窮窮住酒Prime location as it is so close to the airport bus station and old town. Very bright and clean room, friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that disappointed us was the smell of the toilet as we could smell the bad smells from pipes from time to time, otherwise it was great probably the best European hotel i have been to ever.

GGuest UserEasy to check in, got a phone call when room was ready so we could have a quick snack in one of the many bars close by. The accommodation was clean spacious and had everything we needed for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Plenty of kitchenware if you want to eat in. The air con was perfect. The location is central to everything, the beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. We will be back!

The receptionist was amazing I can't thank him enough his name was Jefe and what a super star he helped me soo much I need to go back and give him a gift, he should get a raise with everything he does. What an amazing man thank you so much.

KKenneth OramLike all rental Apartments, ours, number 3B was what you make of it. It is located in Vigo off Calle Santander. It's a reasonable walk down to Avenida Armarda de Espania, which is the main Road into the Town Centre, just turn left. To our right after a short walk is the local store. If you continue uphill you will come to a major supermarket . The Apartment is spacious but an extra shelf would be handy. The washing machine in the Apartment was useful.

I love the receptionist, even she's trying her best to communicate well with the customers still she was able to perform her duties and help people who are new especially to the area or surroundings and so with the other things to know as a guest.
I love their facilities and makes me feel comfortable staying even just for a night. Thanks

GGuest UserBooked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed.
On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI”
Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed.
Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed)
Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants.
Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus.
We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money.
I would recommend and return again.

GGuest UserThe apartments are very good, regular cleaning.
Kitchen equipped with just enough, the truth is we were able to manage. Two 90 beds joined together served as a double bed. We were on the 13th floor and the views were spectacular, what I liked the most was the terrace, with a glass railing. The location is good, Out of the hustle and bustle, but close to everything. On a hill, views of it, the city and the Sea.
You can use the facilities and activities of the hotel around the corner. Heated pool, sauna, gym, entertainment. The receptionists were very friendly and solved a problem with the reservation.
If you come in summer, the apartments have swimming pools downstairs with a solarium area. In general it is very good.
The building reaches the 33rd floor, it can be seen from any point in Benidorm, very high. There are vending machines with water and food.
