LLaoyanzilisanHighly recommended! Although it's called an apartment, it's practically a hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the rooms were fully equipped. There's an underground parking garage, but the garage door is inconspicuous, and it's a one-way street; you might drive past it just because you see the hotel sign, and you have to drive around to get in. The hotel is right next to a park, and you can walk to attractions like the aquarium.

LLindaThe location is very good, the taxi is a bit inconvenient, but I like the room very much. There is a kitchen equipped with all the daily needs. The house decoration is very new. It is necessary to wait for a while when the taxi comes in.

Unfortunately checkin was an ordeal, had to reach out myself to get instructions and then they asked several times for a lot of information they already had, and on top of it at the end they sent me a link to fill in a form online with some of that info again. Never had such a bad experience checking in before (it’s usually 1 min and not 20 min). Also got a very noisy apartment, you could hear everything on the street including construction work.

Hotel reception is not 24 hours, so make sure you text them if you are arriving outside the operating hours. Room comes with kitchen amenities but no water provided.

GGuest UserPros: Spacious, good service, breakfast is in the bar downstairs; limited selection but good taste, half buffet, hot dishes à la carte. Also, a great place to dry clothes! Cons: The entrance is too small, and the name is slightly different from the one on Ctrip, so I almost couldn't find it on my two trips; I only found it after reading reviews saying it was near the bar. Also, there was no housekeeping during my two-night stay. Otherwise, it was pretty good overall.

EEuropassHighly recommended for those traveling by car. The rooms are spacious and clean, and it was so comfortable and nice because it was an apartment with all the kitchen utensils that are hard to see in Spanish hotels. The staff were very friendly and the parking instructions were very convenient. Google doesn't have an introduction to the entrance to the parking lot, so I attach a few photos to help people travel by car understand.

Noisy from neighbours late in the evening.
Cleaning lady didn't refill any toilet paper which forced us to go and buy.
Service when we brought things up with the hotel was good but slow. Reaction time quite slow despite 24 hour service. Attitude was good and they wanted to solve the problems.

GGuest UserHotel is at a good location-one block to City of Arts and Science, a main attraction, three stops of Metro L10 to old city, and several stops of Bus 99 to beaches. Room equites with a kitchen so you can cook conveniently. There is no Frontdesk so you will be given an access code before 3pm after you check in online. Price is very reasonable. A good hotel to stay.

BBoboxing1. This is essentially a B&B type accommodation, located in an apartment building in a residential area, with two units per floor. It features a living room and kitchen, equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. However, there were no cooking condiments or paper towels provided.
2. The cleanliness was excellent. It's newly renovated with good ventilation and powerful air conditioning. Laundry detergent and dishwasher pods were supplied.
3. The check-in process was far from simple. Since there's no staff on-site, entry to both the building and the room requires a code. Guests must access a link sent by the management via email and independently fill in passport details (including uploading photos), addresses, phone numbers, and other information for each guest. Only after completing this will a confirmation email with the access code be sent. This effectively means guests are doing the hotel's front desk work, which demands a good level of English proficiency from Chinese visitors. If there are any issues during the form submission, you need to press a button to connect with staff for guidance. There's no Chinese language support.
4. Sometimes the main door wouldn't open even with the correct code, requiring us to use the intercom button to contact management again.
5. The sofa bed creaked loudly (squeak, squeak, squeak) every time someone moved, disturbing guests in the adjacent room. I recommend replacing it with a new one.

There is a supermarket two steps downstairs, which is good quality and cheap. I have stayed in Europe for many days and have eaten enough meat and seafood. Chinese people want to eat vegetables the most, so I bought broccoli and cooked it in the supermarket downstairs, and also bought Italian cheese dumplings with pork stuffing. The room is much larger than the hotel. The accommodation party thoughtfully reserved laundry detergent, dishwasher supplies and extra garbage bags for washing clothes. There are also many restaurants near this hotel, but most of them are Latin American restaurants. The hotel needs to handle it online by itself, and then send a password to enter, and there is no service. Check-out is required at 11 am, so luggage storage is a problem. The entire geographical location is not close to the old city business district, and it is a little far from the conference center. You need to take a bus or Uber. It costs two yuan to take the bus, and you can pay with change or swipe your credit card. The only drawback is that all kinds of tableware are covered with dust, which means that daily cleaning is not paid much attention. The seventh floor is a platform with many seats. It is quite good for a few friends to have dinner together under the sunset. It is still very beautiful to look at the fruit trees full of oranges on the street and the fireworks in every household in the distance.
