After payment, you will receive an email. Please make sure to complete two things in advance: 1. Check-in online; 2. Pay a €150 deposit online.
Once steps 1 and 2 are completed, you will receive an email with the blue main entrance and second door passwords, as well as staff contact information for phone and text message communication.
If you arrive early and there are no guests, you can ask the staff to let you put your luggage in first. Someone will come to clean and return the key. After receiving the key, it's recommended to visit Le Bon Marché. Walk across the walkway to the beautiful supermarket on the ground floor, a favorite among locals, where you can buy some food.
When leaving, simply leave the key in your room.
The apartment is located in the bustling city center, in a prime location. It's about 480 meters from the Le Bon Marché shopping mall, a favorite among locals. The surrounding area is full of restaurants, bakeries, and various small shops, and is easily accessible by metro and bus.
Hotels in the same price range are generally 12 square meters, but this apartment is 21 square meters. The bed isn't large, but it has a small kitchenette with a full set of kitchenware, including a microwave for cooking noodles and stir-fries. The discounted price is similar to a 12-square-meter hotel room in Montmartre. If you want to stay in the city center, this is worth considering.
There is no breakfast. There are several bakeries and cafes nearby, opening as early as 7 am.
The room offers excellent value for money in the expensive city center. Online communication is primarily in English; for offline assistance, you can ask the staff at the Amaya next door for help, but English or French communication is required.

GGuest UserThis is my second time staying at this hotel, and it's just as warm and comfortable as it was two years ago. The room is very well-maintained, and the staff are all enthusiastic and friendly. It's located in a small alley right next to the big LV store on Champs-Élysées, making it super easy to find with a natural landmark. The alley is very quiet; as soon as you turn the corner, the hustle and bustle of Champs-Élysées fades away, allowing for a good rest. There's an excellent Chinese restaurant downstairs, but make sure to book two days in advance!

The accommodation is located in the first district, not far from the Louvre, Orange Park, Oasis, and the Navy House.
There is a check-in guide in the room, which writes the use of room facilities, major attractions, famous restaurants nearby, supermarket pharmacies and other information for the convenience of guests.
Coffee capsules will not be replenished. There is no daily cleaning, if needed, advance notice and is charged according to the room type.

GGuest UserThe room was very well-equipped, with cooking utensils provided, and the dishwasher was a big plus; however, the air conditioning and heating systems kept turning off automatically, and the heater wouldn't turn on. After we reported this, the hotel provided breakfast for us one day because the repairs didn't take place until after check-out! Very nice! 👍🏻

GGuest UserThe aparthotel is a 3-minute walk from Sacré-Cœur. It has a full kitchen, a small but adequate ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a hairdryer, and an iron. It has an excellent heating system, and the windows are also good, so despite the cold weather in Paris, the room was at a comfortable temperature.
It's not noisy, even though it's in a nightlife area. Breakfast is an option, but it's not worth it for the price. There are also two Carrefour supermarkets very close by; the nearest one is very small, so the one on the avenue is worth it.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the young man who greeted us and saw us off on our last day. I don't remember his name, but he had blue eyes and was very pleasant. Highly recommended.

Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout the stay.

Everything was replenished promptly, and the dining area remained clean and comfortable even during busy hours.
Location-wise, the hotel is very convenient. It’s close to key attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, making it easy to get around without hassle. Despite the central location, the hotel felt calm and quiet, which was a pleasant surprise.
Overall, this hotel delivers a great balance of comfort, service, and value. The staff’s hospitality, combined with the clean rooms and convenient location, made the stay truly enjoyable. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would confidently recommend it to others looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay.

BBee NordinLocation wise is good with easy access to public transportation - metro station and bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Few halal outlets around the hotel area and Monoprix (a supermarket) is just next building. If you stay longer, there's morning market on Wednesday and Saturday which offer a quintessential local experience for fresh produce, cheeses, and artisanal goods.
Facilities provided is okay and comfortable. i have no complaint.

GGuest UserMy friend and I rented this studio for a week. The location is excellent, the entrance is very beautiful, check-in was simple and contactless, and detailed instructions were provided. There are shops and the metro nearby, and it's a 15-minute walk to the Field of Mars, and the tower is right next door.
Cons:
1) We had to walk up to the top floor with our suitcase 😅
2) The toilet was strange, constantly filling up, and there was a rather unpleasant smell in the bathroom.
