Great
AAnonymous UserHad a very pleasant stay at Aparthotel Adagio Annecy Centre. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance of the old town and main attractions, making it very convenient for exploring Annecy.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essential facilities. Having the extra space and amenities of an aparthotel made the stay even more convenient.
The staff were helpful and friendly throughout, always ready to assist and making the overall experience smooth and welcoming.
Overall, a great choice for Annecy, especially if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a central location.
GGuest UserThe hotel is quite old, it's not 4*, but it's comfortable for a long stay. 5 mins from the bus stop (60 and 61 to Geneva, 66 to the airport), 5 mins from big supermarket Carrefour, 10 mins from LIDL. The pharmacy is also very close (great choice and prices by the way). The breakfast is very good (you can definitely find something to eat according to your taste). The rooms are ok but for me there is not enough light. I was there in the beginning of November and it was a little bit cold in the room. I also like the possibility to store some food in the fridge as well as to cook something for dinner in the room, it's definitely cheaper.
To sum up, I have been to this hotel for several times and I will come back just because the price is very affordable comparing to the hotels in Geneva and it takes only 15 minutes to get there.
AAnchalee SiHotel location is perfect. It is right in the city. Room is quite cute. We booked 2 rooms nd got different types of room so we could compare. My friends room was better with one big room which is more space and comfortable while mine was a 2 level floor room. Toilet and bathroom are on the different floor. So at night if you need to use a toilet, you have to go downstairs to use it. Not very convenient. If you have a car, you gotta pay for parking at the parking lot. We had an issue when trying to load our luggage in the car during check out. The loading spot was occupied by a van and no places to park.
GGuest UserStayed 8 nights recently in a king deluxe hotel room . The hotel itself is beautiful with excellent facilities including onsite restaurant , bar , cafe , indoor pool , spa , ski drying rooms and lockers , car parking . Our room was modern , luxurious dnd comfortable . Kitchenette was self contained with everything we needed . Disappointing that our room was not attended to at all during our stay for housekeeping , clean linen , towels etc and replacement toilet paper . I would have expected daily housekeeping including fresh towels, restocking toilet paper snd bed making as a minimum when you stay in a full serviced hotel and pay premium prices per night . Beautiful hotel though in great location . Housekeeping needs to be better though .
IISHANGreat accommodation choice, the wooden house is warm and beautiful, there is a large balcony with mountain views, great views, kitchen, fully equipped, very like the hotel, and stayed for one night.
XXenTravellerIt was a lovely stay, comfortable and spacious 2-bedder apartment. Adequate kitchen cookware and utensils for cooking, enough for a family. Good value for money although there is no housekeeping or change in towels for the whole stay. Gated carpark for extra small fee.
Thanks
AAnonymous UserEverything was clean and I had a pleasant stay. However, the window blinds were broken so you could not sleep in darkness. The toilet kept making noises.
LLizzie Long LegsEverything about my stay was superb. So easy to get to from the airport on the 66 bus. The staff were all lovely and my apartment was fantastic. The bedroom was clean, warm, dark, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen area is extremely well equipped and if you don’t fancy cooking or spending a fortune in a restaurant, I can highly recommend the pizza stall outside!
The breakfast is great with a varied selection of hot and cold foods and drinks.
I booked the shuttle from the hotel to the airport and it was on time and very quick.
I slept really well but woke up soaking wet. I realised it was down to the plastic/rubber sheet under the bedsheets! This was the only problem I encountered.
I would definitely return here if I visit Geneva again.
GGuest UserHello, I booked this hotel for the good location to the place I had to visit, however it is far away from the city center. But there is a tram stop and a big shopping mall very close to this hotel. First of all the reception is NOT open 24 hours, and they close late at night(check the hours) and also 13-15 on weekends. the staff are very very nice, all of them they changed almost every day and all of them were nice. The room and bathroom is spacious and they provide soap and shampoo. The downside for me was that the room was smelly, my guess is the smell comes from pets' pee because pets are allowed in the hotel. The carpets were old and full of stains. There is a mini kitchenette in the room with a well functioning stove and good utilities. An electric kettle is missing in the room. the Wi-Fi works well and the speed is good. the heating system works perfect and the room had good temperature. The mattress lack the necessary firmness but its okay for a few nights.
