NNishant PankeshEverything about our 4 night stay was perfect! They maintain some high standards for cleanliness and customer service. Rooms and amenities are great. Mike is always there to help and knows the area well. We booked the suite with the hot tub and it was 10/10.

We felt at home.We had a two-bedroom apartment, very clean and comfortable. A kitchen with dishes where you could cook. The location of the hotel was very convenient for us - a 10-minute walk to the city beach with calm, clear water without waves. There is also a fruit and vegetable market, fish and meat taverns nearby. It takes 20-25 minutes to walk to the bustling center and castle. Everything was fine, if we return to Rhodes, then to this apartment!

GGuest UserThis is a nice apartment hotel in the heart of Rhodes. Very good location, close to everything! Supermarket and local restaurants are within 3-5 minutes walk.
What makes this place really nice is the home-like ambience. The owners are really nice people and will try theor best to accommodate requests and to make you very comfortable. I will stat in this place again!!!

GGuest UserThe studio apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The cleanliness was impeccable and everything was very well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any issue. I sincerely thank them for a wonderful stay!

It was fairly clean but there was a bad smell from the bathroom.

GGuest UserHighly recommend this gem of a resort. Travelled here as a solo traveller. It is conveniently connected to the airport - just 20 minutes on the local bus at a cost of €2 followed by 3-4 minute walk. The apartments are spacious with smart TV and more than adequate self catering facilities including fridge with freezer, hot plate, coffee machine, cutlery, plates, glasses etc... The owners and staff are friendly and welcoming and really do whatever it takes to make guests happy. There is a lovely pool area with pool side bar offering a great choice of local and international dishes at very good prices and very tasty! The beach is less than a ten minute walk away and within 2-3 minutes walk there is supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and everything you could need.

AAnnitaHi, this may seem harsh, but I arrived late, 10 pm, for an early flight the next day. There was a power outage.
After a day of travelling, my phone was low, with no wifi and no power. As a solo traveller, I didn't want to stay in a dark room alone and was fear ful. No attempt was made to warn me of the issue or pre text. I asked the receptionist where i could go for power and she recommended a neighbouring bar. I wandered up the road to find a hotel in the opposite direction and got power there. I felt very vulnerable walking in the night but needed the phone for boarding pass and alarm.
All worked out in the end. When I returned around 1 a.m., power had resumed.The hotel looked quite impressive in the light. And I set my alarm for 3 am. Taxi was booked for 4 am. The receptionist was kind and gave me bottles of water and cake in the morning. Staff were most obliging and helpful it was just an unfortunate incident.

GGuest UserThe staff, more specifically Ilias, Sofia, the gentleman with long hair that received us at the reception and the lady that serves breakfast, were really nice and this is was without a doubt the best of it. The breakfast was good, on the other hand lunch and dinner was someday's better and someday's worse but the staff was really slow, everyday there was lack of food and we had to ask for more and we had to clean our own tables before we sat down. The cleaning was the worse, the linens were no changed at all, the towels were meant to be changed every two days but this did not happen either. The floor was dirty with sand, hairs and anything else that fell in it because it was never cleaned.
It is quite far from any of the sandy beach's of from the capital, 30 min driving for Rhodes and Faliraki or if you want to go to Lindos 1 hour.
The pool was good, but the surroundings were dirty.
Nonetheless, considering that it was all inclusive, even that not all drinks were included, but there was beer, 4 different cocktails and Greek vodka, gin, tequila, the price was good.
