MMeliorateI had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. It was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. RRyan SchockThis was an excellent apartment! It had everything we needed- washing machine, fridge, microwave, etc. The balcony on the 2nd floor was great, good view of the moon. Had 2 big beds and 1 small sofa bed. The service was good, had someone to show you the apartment and answer questions. The TV had TONS of good channels- kids channels, news channels, history, etc. in several languages. I was very impressed with this place!

YYijinThe facilities in this room are very new and clean, the room is large, all the kitchen utensils in the kitchen are very clean, the refrigerator is large, and there are basic seasonings.
The location of the room is particularly excellent, there are many delicious restaurants nearby, and it takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the Capitol, Ferris wheel and other attractions! The host brother is a very gentle and polite person, very caring, the most intimate staff I have encountered in the whole of Europe, very understanding

MMaria1990Забронили номер: Большая Студия 35м2. В фото был балкон. А нас поселили в ”медиум” 30м2 и без балкона. Это было неприятно! На любые разборки отель не реагировал.
В номере есть только нож для хлеба, резать что-то иное - нереально. Разделочная доска была не оч чистая, все столовые приборы я также перемыла. Полотенца серые, но чистые. В целом остановиться можно, в остальном претензий нет. Еще оч мало розеток - одна у кровати, 2 на кухне.
Я бы не приехала туда снова. И имейте ввиду - в отеле депозит 100 евро (при брони этого не видно, узнаешь, когда уже оплатил бронь! Кто ж так делает?!) еще нет ни мыла толком, ни шампуня.
Из хорошего: месторасположение - центр, все рядом.

AAnonymous UserSandor is such a great and helpful host! The check-in process might be a little confusing for first-time travellers in Budapest—especially if you arrive after dark—so I highly recommend checking in during daylight hours. That said, Sandor is very responsive and available online to guide you if needed.
The apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. As a Muslim traveller, it was such a gem to find a halal Turkish eatery nearby—huge bonus!
The location is also fantastic—just a short walk from Astoria M station. It felt safe, even at 3:00am when I was out waiting for the 100E airport bus. Lots of people around, and the area is lively but not overwhelming.

The check in and out process was difficult because the instructions were contradictory, some instructions indicated the use of app and virtual key and other through real key and case. The check out is too early. 10:00h. 12:00h is the usual time for checkout.

The house for us is 1 storey, very dark, cold, not very ventilated, the sun is shining outside, some people wear short sleeves, and we have to wear down jackets in our house. The air conditioner charges 10 euros a night, and the small air conditioner is only in the living room, and it is impossible to get to the inner room. The service is really speechless, the booked triple room, a double bed and a sofa bed, the double bed is normal, the list on the sofa bed is new, the quilt is the one that comes out of the cupboard, and at first glance it is not a clean quilt and The pillowcases were asked to replace them. They said they were new. Finally, they let them smell. The taste is the kind of taste that has not been changed for a long time. It is also new, and it is very speechless. In the end, I have to lose my temper. The tone of the two sides is already very bad, and I will give it a set.

GGuest UserOur stay here was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and always ready to provide advice and tips for our visit to Budapest.
We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture for New Year's Eve: a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine in our room. Additionally, we were provided with tea bags every day, which was a lovely touch.
Thank you so much for the warm hospitality! We felt very comfortable and will definitely return.

TTobySiuI’m so amazed by the quality I get for such a low price. The staff replied quickly to my questions. However, you need to check in again using their own portal and then you need to reserve a credit card for them in case of damages. There’s air conditioning in the room so it’s perfect. Even there’s a washing machine with a washing pod ready for you.

GGuest UserFor our check in, we didn't see the room number. It takes 30mins to confirm if it was the right room since no signage. But when we enter the room, it was nice and clean. Also the place was so quiet and the kitchen have complete amenities. My only suggestion is that they can also provide slippers since we did not wear any. We also forgot to bring one. But over all, our stay was very good and we can also recommend it to our friends.
