Reach the favehotel lobby but there was no further instruction on how to get the key to the unit. Luckily my supir was there to help and help me to call the number registered in trip.com and he did communicate with the owner of the residence and arrange the key to be passed to me. The host need to update to the guest and actively keep in touch through trip.com apps for smoother check in and check out. Other than that the cleanliness and the amenities provided are good and well prepared.

Overall staycation was good. Few comments for the management: 1. Basin sink bit smelly. Need to improve 2. Require deposit for staycation. Pls improve deposit option via card credits / bank in transfer as alternative for customer to pay. Because foreigners need cash for shopping in your country. If management only accept cash, you actually reduce Indonesia economy. Because each cash value for shopping instead keep for deposit. Othrs i guest okay & good to go.

Room location is great with many eateries n near to market. However service from housekeeper was no good. No housekeeping as stated in booking daily housekeeping available until we complained. No water bottle replenished. Basin is dirty n choked. Shower head is too high n couldn't be adjusted. Given another pillow was dirty with stain without cover..Wonder how to sleep on it. Spouse's leg was cut by sharo edge of bed. Pot was rusty how to use. Tissue paper was changed to small sheets from big sheets..not professional at all. Though we complained however glad owner or manager took efforts to rectify but still no water bottles replenished. Should give us regardless if we bought. Room with good view but appreciate better provision n housekeeping since we stay for 3 days.

Location a bit far to DBS shopping mall, had to a cab everytime to go out for food or shops. Facility in room is good, had all the utensil like microwave, refrigerator n coffee maker.

It was an amazing experience to be here at pelita nagoya hotel, the accommodation is so clean and very nice. I would love to recommend this to all my friends and family who have plans to visit and stay here in batam.

The environment here is great, and there are plenty of amenities nearby, including lots of delicious food. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit. Highly recommend it to everyone!

Cleanlines is ok but the location is the best I would say Next to Favehotel, just step down you may have everything you like to eat and cheap, walking distance to go Nagoyahill mall and nearby shops and restaurants Great views from balcony can enjoy watching rooftop go-cart till late night and you still can sleep after midnight alot more quiet...a good place for travelling with families or friends, the staff at lobby is very friendly and helpful Very good experience
