Outstanding
GGuest UserThe homestay is very clean, warm and very close to the subway station.
In addition, the owner of the homestay is a beautiful young lady, and if you have difficulties, the young lady will try her best to help you solve it.
If I have the opportunity to go to Korea in the future, I will choose this homestay.
BBBBBB.oOCheck-in is via a QR code. After scanning the QR code and copying and pasting your reservation number, you'll receive your room number and access code. If you're not sure how to use it, the front desk on the B1 floor can assist you (they speak Korean and English).
Luggage storage is free on the first floor on the day of check-in and check-out.
I booked this room because of its spaciousness and the cleanliness, especially since it was newly opened.
There were three women staying with three suitcases: a 28-inch, a 26-inch, and a 24-inch. The room was spacious enough to fit all three.
There were plenty of outlets, including a bedside outlet with USB and Type-C. The TV seemed to have YouTube and Netflix, as well as underfloor heating.
The bathroom was clean and provided shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer. There's a washing machine with a dryer, a large refrigerator, a microwave, and kitchenware (you might need to ask the front desk if you want to use them; I'm not sure if there's an additional charge).
We didn't dispose of our trash, simply throwing it in the bin. Since we ate out, the only trash we left at the hotel was paper towels and disposable underwear, so we didn't ask about sorting. However, there's a trash drop-off area downstairs.
The location is also very convenient. Take bus No. 6002 from the airport bus to Jongno 3-ga Station, and it's about a five- to six-minute walk. Taking the subway to Jongno 3-ga is about a ten-minute walk.
GGuest UserOverall, my experience was excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The accommodation was an apartment-style unit, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop and all necessary dinnerware – truly a 'ready-to-move-in' setup. While I didn't get to use them, having such home-like amenities provided a wonderfully relaxing sense of comfort during my travels.
AAnonymous UserLocation is good. Cleanliness is good. Had 2 service lift but only 1 is working while the other always stuck on residence floor. Been always the accomadation that i chose whenever im in seoul. But this time round The cleaning ladies was always nice and giving but the cleaning supervisor quite stern towards us as she wanted to charge us 5000 won for a face towel that has lipstick stain as she said that stain is hard to remove which i find that unreasonable and inflexible.
AAnonymous UserVery mixed feelings about this place.
The pros are very good location and kind staff. WiFi worked perfectly well, too.
However, the room I stayed in was quite sad. It was so small that it was not possible to open my suitcase. The bed was very hard. The fridge was super loud, so I had to switch it off to have some sleep. There was a stove, but utensils had to be rented for a fee. There was a washing machine, but no detergent (you have to go ask at reception). No kettle (need to ask at reception). Of course, no tea/coffee as well. Microwave is in the corridor (shared). The shower didn't have any cabin or curtain, so after you use it, all the bathroom is wet and you can't use it until it dries or you wipe it with a towel. There's no cleaning unless you schedule it at reception. As a result, patrons put their rubbish outside their rooms and the corridor looks like a landfill in the morning.
All in all, I can't recommend the place for a longer stay at all. A couple of nights might be quite OK though.
ZZac LVJust a few blocks away from the heart of Myeongdong. There’s a dessert cafe and convenience store downstairs and tons of food just nearby. Great location!

Very Good
SSusanne ThielBefore you book, there are two major construction sites around the building. It is loud. You will hear them, even with windows closed, starting at 7 am. There was no notification when I booked...and still, nothing in the hotel description.
Second, this is not a hotel! If you need anything like;
- Checkin
- New Towels
- toilet paper
- soap
- cleaning
- any sort of information about the apartment
You have to do it yourself! They provide you in the room , qr code & downstairs facilities to get all the stuff (u need extra garbage bags? Please buy them yourself)
I understand the idea of a self-service apartment....but I think for that price you are asking too much. Moreover, I felt lied to about the noise outside due to the construction sites. They apologized but did not offer a different room (backside) or compensation.
The apartment is ok, but location is good, close to subway and many restaurants. No real grocery store around. Just combinis.
SsongpopThis is such a comfortable place to stay. It's a new property, and the refrigerator is spacious. Both the washing machine and dryer are in excellent condition. I stayed here in the middle of summer and had a surprisingly pleasant experience – it wasn't stuffy even with the air conditioning off!
If you're driving, parking is free, but it's helpful to inform the accommodation in advance for parking registration. It's a mechanical underground parking system; just follow the instructions. I personally found it a little tricky at first, though.
The location is very convenient, with many convenience stores nearby and Namsan Tower within easy reach.
AAnna_41It really was my best decision to book a room here!
It's great example of good quality and reasonable price: the hostess upgraded my booking for free so I got bigger room — thanks a lot again for it! Stuff was very polite and caring — 정말 감사합니다❤️
Location is even better than I expected — it's literally the heart of the city and too close to all the most important landmarks, 2 subway lines in 5 minutes slow walking. Starbucks, Olive Young, CU, Daiso, currency exchange offices, different cafes and shops are so close and you can enjoy delicious street food just in 1 minute from your accommodation — isn't it wonderful?!
Despite the city center it was really calming and quiet at night. It was cold at March so I didn't open the window (by the way, you can see Namsan there🥰), and it was very quiet. So it would be great even if you're sleep is very sensitive.
Moreover, if you worry about the weight of your luggage — you can use the scales on the 2d floor (near reception) for free and it very accurate (right like scales in airport). It was very helpful for me because I was worrying about possible overweight, so thanks for it!🙏
If (or WHEN🙏) I came to Seoul again I'll be happy to stay here. Thank you very much for good service and warm-welcoming!🙏 Highly recommend this accomodation!
