"The location of the room is good, the price is very affordable, and the service is quite commendable. However, there are still several areas that could be improved. First, the soundproofing of the balcony is very poor. The noise from passing vehicles made it difficult for me to sleep. Second, the desk in the room is not stable and tends to wobble from side to side when being used. Third, the shower head in the bathroom was damaged, resulting in an unpleasant shower experience, and the water pressure was also below expectations. Considering the price, it offers excellent value for money and is definitely a worthwhile option. If the issues mentioned above could be addressed, the overall experience would be much better. One more thing: although I booked a room at SkyLoft, I only realized upon arrival that the accommodation was actually SkyTree. Fortunately, it was not far away and was located right next door, but it still left me feeling somewhat misled."

The unit was clean upon arrival and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. As this is a residential apartment rather than a traditional hotel, the self check-in process was straightforward and hassle-free. One of the biggest advantages of the unit is its size. The loft comes with three queen beds and one sofa bed, making it suitable for larger families or groups who prefer staying together instead of booking multiple hotel rooms. The loft design also helps the apartment feel spacious and comfortable. The unit includes a kitchen, living area, swimming pool access and gym facilities, which add to the overall convenience of the stay. The residential setting offers a quieter atmosphere compared to many hotels. Check-in was at 3:00 PM and check-out was at 12:00 PM, which provided a relaxed departure experience. Overall, Sunway Grid Loft Suite by Nest Home offers good value for families and groups looking for a spacious accommodation option in Johor. GGuest UserThe 3 bedrooms with 2 bath rooms unit is spacious and has a good view. Cleanliness can be improved especially the entrance area. Common bath shower door can’t be closed fully causing the outside floor very wet. Shower area water flow down the drain very slowly causing some flooding. Many facilities are available but only used the gym n it’s spacious n well equipped. Location is convenient with supermarket and many food options. Check in and out is easy. Overall it’s a pleasant stay with my family.

From the moment we checked in, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the apartment was. The rooms were spotless, the common areas were tidy, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. As a family travelling with children, cleanliness is always one of our top priorities, and Space Residency exceeded our expectations. It truly felt like a home away from home where we could relax comfortably after a long day of exploring Johor Bahru. What made the stay even more enjoyable was the excellent location. Everything we needed was just a short drive away. Food options were plentiful and easily accessible, making every meal something to look forward to. We especially enjoyed visiting nearby dim sum restaurants, where we had delicious breakfasts to start our day. For Japanese food lovers like us, Warakuya quickly became one of our favourite dining spots. The food was consistently good, the atmosphere was pleasant, and it was so convenient to reach from Space Residency. Beyond food, there were also many lifestyle and wellness services nearby that added to the overall experience. One of our favourite discoveries was Ayu Borneo at Trove, where we enjoyed a relaxing massage session after a day of shopping and sightseeing. The soothing environment and professional service helped us recharge and made our holiday even more enjoyable. Another highlight was our visit to Kimino Beauty at Pelangi. What surprised us most was how much our children enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and patient, making the visit comfortable and enjoyable for the whole family. It is not often that both adults and children leave a beauty and wellness establishment smiling, but Kimino Beauty managed to do exactly that. The combination of a clean and comfortable accommodation, excellent accessibility to food, and proximity to quality services made our stay truly memorable. We never had to spend excessive time travelling from place to place, which meant more quality family time and less stress. Whether it was heading out for dim sum in the morning, enjoying Japanese cuisine for dinner, relaxing with a massage, or visiting Kimino Beauty, everything was conveniently within reach. Overall, Space Residency offered the perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. It served as an ideal base for our family holiday, allowing us to enjoy the best of Johor Bahru with ease. We would gladly recommend it to families, couples, and anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent access to great food and services. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

In fact, they enjoyed it so much that even the living room became their sleeping area for the night! 😂 The location is great if you’re planning a trip to Legoland, as it’s just a short drive away. The unit was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a washing machine, cooking pan, utensils, plates, bowls, and cups, making it very convenient for families with young children. One small point for parents to note: the slide corner has some sharp edges, so extra supervision may be needed for younger kids. As for the surroundings, there aren’t many attractions or eateries within walking distance, so you’ll likely need to drive to places like KSL City Mall or Paradigm Mall for shopping and dining options. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. TTentenAmaiodinThe unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook. The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm. Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.

WWin.TThis is our first time staying here. The location is highly convenient, with shopping, food, massage, and a salon all nearby. The host's customer service responded very quickly. Everything in this condo is new, and our family is happy to stay here. The only issue is the lack of kitchen utensils—no cups, no plates, no bowls. If you order food to the condo and want to eat there, it's not very convenient. Fortunately, the place is accessible to many locations and is kept clean, so we would still like to book here again.
