RRay Mak Hon KitThe past few days in Kuantan, we stayed at Kuantan Imperium Seaview by AVANZEE and honestly, we loved the experience.
Check-in was smooth, fast and hassle-free. The security guards and staff stationed near the mail room were friendly, welcoming and very accommodating, making the entire process feel easy and comfortable right from the beginning.
Our unit was located on the 7th floor. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic feel. It felt like a cozy studio apartment equipped with a simple kitchenette complete with microwave oven, water filter, kettle, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Hairdryer and iron were also thoughtfully prepared inside the built-in wall cupboard, giving the room a sleek and minimalist appearance.
The TV came with Netflix and YouTube, though we barely had time to use them because Kuantan itself has so much to explore. Internet speed was decent too, which is important especially for travellers, foreigners or content creators who need reliable connectivity.
The bathroom was modern, clean and well-maintained. Shampoo and bath gel were provided as well.
One thing we really appreciated was the sleeping arrangement. Besides the main bed, there were also two very comfortable sofa beds. A family of four can easily stay here comfortably, or even more if travelling with young children. Extra pillows and blankets were also prepared in the cupboard.
Location wise, it’s almost perfect. The property is peacefully located slightly away from the busy city centre, yet still close enough for convenience — just across a short bridge. This balance makes it feel like a relaxing seaside escape without being too isolated.
The seaside is located directly beside the property and is only a short walk from the carpark. Every morning, we could see locals collecting clams along the shore. Their buckets were filled with white clams and edible sea snails, which was honestly quite fascinating to watch.
The facilities here are excellent too. There’s a beautiful swimming pool, wet and dry playgrounds for children, barbecue area and plenty of family-friendly amenities, making it an ideal destination for a family getaway or staycation.
But perhaps the highlight for us was the breathtaking view from the room. Being on the East Coast of Malaysia, we were treated to stunning sunrises every morning as the sunlight reflected beautifully across the crystal-clear sea water. Sunset views can also be enjoyed from the opposite side in the evening.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return again — hopefully next time together with the kids and our parents.

GGuest UserWe truly happy and enjoyed with our stay at swiss garden! The room and toilet are clean,easy access to beach,swimming pool were amazing and kids friendly. The residence just nice for our little family but extra mattress are provided too. If you’re hungry at night,you can have a in-room dining just like at hotel which i impressed with. Breakfast wise maybe can improve a bit in terms of foods selection. Otherwise my experience was great⭐️and i definitely will come back again in the future!

GGuest UserLocation was fantastic as there is a beach right behind the building which is connected to the swimming pool. The unit was clean and looks as advertised(with refrigerator and washing machine), however - there were issues with the air conditioning.
Whilst the management sent technician pretty quickly when we initially reported the issue, they were unable to resolve the issue completely (the aircon was not generating cold air consistently and majority of the time hot air was generated instead), which we didn’t realise the issue was not fully resolved given that we spent most of the management’s working hours outside of the unit and it was only until late at night we noticed the whole unit was fairly hot (as there was only one fan in the room with the single bed; as the other two queen beds relied filly on aircon only).
We reported the issue again via WhatsApp and management offered air cooler - however we only booked for one night and was already checking out when this occurred

大大马岛民The beachfront Airbnb had a great view, right by the sea. The room's cleanliness was so-so, there was some hair. The hotel amenities, like the sheets, pillows, and duvet, felt very synthetic. The pillows were very thin, and the bedding wasn't all cotton. We arrived late at night and called them to arrange key pickup, which went very smoothly overall.

HHL TAIThe homestay was beautiful, and the moment we opened the balcony, we were greeted with a stunning sea view. We arrived in the afternoon, and the tide was low at that time. We saw some tourists walking along the beach, so we joined them for a stroll. On the next day, just before checking out, we noticed that the tide had come in, and we even saw fishing boats heading out to sea. We were very satisfied with our stay.

WWONG FERRISDuring my business trip to Kuantan on August 7-8, 2023, I stayed at Timurbay Aseafront. The waterfront location provided a serene escape. The well-equipped room, accommodating staff, and stunning sea view during sunrise and sunset were highlights. The hotel's amenities and proximity to attractions made my stay convenient and relaxing. I highly recommend Timurbay Aseafront for travelers seeking comfort and tranquility

KKhalili237The location of the premise is very strategic and near to the beach. The beach was not crowded and suitable for groups or families. However the premise was not well maintained as from my experience with the unit there’s issue with the sliding doors, windows and TV.
Improvements: TV can be upgraded to Smart TV or TV Box, pantry areas quite smelly.
Conclusion: I would definitely recommend people to stay here

GGuest UserEverything is good. Except customer service. They won't pick up your call. Only entertain WhatsApp. A bit troublesome. You have to wait for their response. No info was given on check in procedure upon confirmation. Only I arrived the premises then only the guard ask for QR code to enter the guard house. I was anxious coz no info, call hotel no response.
