KKamay ChamThere are quite a lot of mosquitoes in the lift lobby, and ants appear very quickly if you have sweets in the house. We also found one big cockroach in the living room.
My kid enjoyed the slide in the room, which was a nice touch, but the room felt quite warm even with the air-conditioning on.
The location is convenient, with a mini mart and restaurants on the ground floor. It’s also only about a 6-minute ride to Legoland.

HHazirahHalimLocation: Near Legoland and not too far from CIQ. Best if you’re driving, but Grab is available (just fewer drivers around, so book in advance). No shops or eateries nearby. You’ll need to head to Mall of Medini or order via Grab.
Cleanliness: Cleaner than many other apartments I’ve stayed in. Just minor dust on the diffuser and bedsheet, but nothing that affected comfort.
Service: Excellent service, with fast replies on WhatsApp (except after 10pm). Would be great if there was a drying rack, but amenities like iron, hairdryer, hangers, and even a water dispenser were provided, which was really thoughtful.
Facilities: Gym and pool were clean and well-maintained. Vending machines in the lobby were also convenient for quick snacks and drinks.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay with great service and facilities. Very convenient for those visiting Legoland.

JJeeeGWe stayed here just for a night to avoid day traffic. Location is near Second Link and is a quiet area. I was a bit worried after reading negative reviews about Pinetree Marina Resort, but was pleasantly surprised. The apartment was large, well furnished and generally looked new and well-maintained with Electrolux appliances and Grohe sanitary fittings. Bottled water was provided, and plenty of power sockets aroudn the apartment. Check-in was quick and fuss-free, even though we arrived at midnight. Amenities were provided, such as toothbrushes, comb etc. Breakfast was a bento delivered to the apartment, and contained a packet of nasi lemak, croissant, pain au chocolat and an apple, as well as a drink (choice of coffee, tea or orange juice). The food was delicious, and way better than I had expected. Check out was also easy.
Now, it wasn't all perfect, and there were some negatives. The shower area in the bathroom of the master bedroom had a faint sewage smell. The aircon compressors are located right outside the master bedroom, and the compressors keep turning on and off, so this can be disturbing for light sleepers. I was not too bothered once I got used to it. Finally, the lobby is really hard to find from the car park. You have to look out for small signs printed on paper, and look for the security guard at the security office to unlock the lobby door. Also, bring your TouchNGo card to the reception to validate parking.
Overall, it was still a great stay.

TTi KahIt was a really pleasant stay! I love how the transaction was all through online! It was hassle free and I skipped the queue by straight away going to the mailroom for the key 😄
Room is nice with fridge, washing machine, well working aircond 👍🏻
Have swimming pool at level P6, also sky garden at level 33. So breathtaking.
Lastly, one thing for sure, I surely had a good night sleep as the room is situated at Puteri Harbour, no late nights bike/car remming nearby. So peaceful.
Will surely repeat again. Thank you so much for the accommodation.

GGuest UserGood facilities, security typical of condo living. The accommodation is called ”Serenity Medini” but brought me to another location if follow by Google Maps. Then i found out that its actually a building called ”Medini Signature ”. So i tink its best to stick w d building name instead.
The plastic cover of the mattress was still in tact. N it created unnecessary discomfort. Having a clock, basic toiletries like toothpaste n toothbrushes wld hv bn helpful if they were available.
And in the email, they should put in place precise guidelines on how to access the elevator... eg to collect access card from letter box, like a diagram/photo to show directions... to save all d hassle of asking around.
Other than all d abovementioned concerns.... d
place is huge w all 3 bedrooms have attached bathrooms. Definitely will come again if all of d stated concerns are addressed.

LLinnetLove 🩵this Homestay . Make us feels like home . It's a very convenient place to stay if you're going to Legoland . Only less than 5 minutes walk you'll reach the Main entrance of Legoland, really recommended this place, if we're coming back, we will stay here again. If you need groceries, there are supermarket B.I.G at Medini mall, you can get everything there. Everything is so convenient.
The house is clean , even have washing machine, you can was you cloths if you want. Have cooking utensils & microwave. The place is perfect . You can cook like at home if you wanted to.
If they can ready big bowls & extra pillows . It will be even more wonderful.

LLalrinhluaI recently stayed at this homestay and had a great experience. The place was clean, the AC worked perfectly, and it was very comfortable for couples.
