KKam YuenThis is a three level house with single garage. Three ensuite is sufficient for 7 people.
The kitchen is well equipped. The sitting room and two bedrooms have balconies providing unblock lake view.
There was an indoor spa pool in the master bedroom but not working.
We enjoyed staying here.

出出差狂人1. The service staff are very friendly and eager to help guests.
2. There is enough parking space and it is very easy to park.
3. A big disadvantage is that it is very troublesome to carry luggage to the room, and you need to carry it up the stairs.
4. It is very close to downtown Queenstown. It takes about 5 minutes to walk there. I am very satisfied with the location and saves the trouble of parking in the city.
5. There are no screens on the windows in the room, making it easy for insects to escape at night.

大大牧羊仔仔I am very satisfied with the environment and location, there is no room for fault. But the facilities are a bit poor for a four-star hotel! In the bathroom with double bed, the metal frame screws are missing and could fall off at any time. The hot and cold water was very unstable, and everyone got scalded several times. When the temperature was lowered a little, it suddenly turned to cold water. There were carrots left in the dishwasher that were not cleaned out.

BbaozaizaiReally enjoyed my stay here. The place was super clean, which is always a big plus. It’s in a great location – easy to get to nearby sights and attractions without much hassle. Having parking available made things even more convenient, especially since we were driving around a lot. One of the best parts was the view from the room – absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset. Overall, it was a super comfortable and hassle-free experience. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area. Great spot for a relaxed and easy trip.

GGuest UserGoing out from the side door is the downtown area of Queenstown, which is very convenient. And the location is at the entrance to Queenstown, so you don't have to go through the urban traffic jam to go to the airport or Arrow town. There is nothing to say about the location.
The disadvantage is that there are kitchen and tableware but no pepper, salt and salad oil. I asked the counter and the reply was to go to the supermarket to buy it by myself. Also the oven in the room was malfunctioning and couldn't be used.
The service attitude is good. It was very hot on the day we arrived, but the hotels and apartments in Queenstown have no air-conditioning, only electric fans (super noisy), and there is only one, so I asked by phone to borrow another fan, and I was very polite. Look inside the counter (the counter is closed).
Considering the overall location and cp value is very good, but it would be better if the equipment can be strengthened.

MModoumonanfengzhizhuMy trip was very tight, and I booked this place just a few days in advance – it was almost fully booked! It's about a 15-20 minute walk from Queenstown town center. The room was quite spacious and very quiet. There's an airport bus stop nearby, and the lake is right across the street, offering beautiful views!

AAnonymous UserIt is a lakefront hotel, making it easy to enjoy a walk around Queenstown. Although the accommodation is older, it’s kept clean and tidy. The reception was a bit hard to find, so you need to drive slowly to avoid missing it. We were lucky enough to stay on a lower level, which meant fewer stairs to access our room. The only downside was some noise from next door—guests seemed to enjoy karaoke until midnight, which was a bit bothersome. Nonetheless, it’s a nice hotel to stay at for a family of five.
