For a 5 star hotel, the service is very annoying. They would call me randomly to ask for feedback a few hours after I checked in. They would knock on my door early in the morning while I'm still sleeping to do a ”room check”... On the day of my check out, I had a knock on the door a bit past 9am, I ignored it as I was still in bed but they kept ringing the bell. I finally got up and the lady asked ”is there anything I can help with?”. Yes leave me alone. I went back to bed to rest and then got a phone call soon after as a reminder that check out is at 12pm. It's not even 10am yet and your staff already interrupted my sleep twice. Trying to get the room clean involves multiple phone calls. Once I left it to see how long it would take but at 6pm, I had to call since they never came during the day. Another time they cleaned, the cleaners said they ran out of towels so there would be someone who would deliver soon. I forgot about it until we went to have a shower and then it took almost an hour for the towels to arrive so we had to wait to use the bathroom as they took away the dirty towels so we didn't have anything to dry ourselves. Don't order room service. The food is very bad. I actually gagged on a drink they prepared. The TV is very old, they are still using cable technology. WiFi is patchy. Trying to get up and down the lift is a nightmare if you come at the wrong time as the line gets backed up all the way out into the street. My girlfriend was stopped by over eager security staff when she was trying to leave to buy some snacks as the room service meals were so bad even tho she had a room key and they would not let her up to the lobby on the 6th floor without me. Instead, I had to go down and pick her up from the ground floor where she was sitting in the corner like she was in trouble.

The location is not very prime an the pin for the map is a little challenging but the place is a top notch! Very professional staff and very quick turn around time as well. I super love the room, it is very cozy, clean and perfect for resting. They also have a mineral water reserved for those who will checkin. Very neat and thoughtful. It was my birthday that time and I surely had the best bday rest. Thank you, Citadines!

Good clean hotel, lobby, room and bathroom. That's all that I need on a work travel. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is simple and sufficient. Good not to have wastage. I do wish there was fruit jam (there's butter and peanut butter) for the toast bread. Just my habit in morning breakfast.

Excellent service. They let us check in early as the room is already ready. Breakfast is plated but has options and is very good. Staff at the front desk, Kat, is very charming and professional. All my requests prior to check in were taken care of. Some updating on the facilities and equipment are due but ok lang naman. :) thanks The Sphere!

+ Excellent location in Makati, not far from the airport. It's a modern building with fast elevators and fantastic views from the window (if you get the right room). Downstairs, there are plenty of cafes and a good store. The room is well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, washing machine, and a TV with Wi-Fi. The bed is comfortable, and there's a client kit with everything from a toothbrush and razor to slippers. A lot of young people live here, but it's not noisy. - Getting passes at the lobby takes a very long time. - The cafes and store only open after 9 AM. - We booked this hotel in advance for a second time after a great stay two years ago. We specifically requested the same room with a view and confirmed this multiple times before arrival. However, they tried to check us into a significantly worse room: facing a different direction, an uncomfortable sleeping area, and an extremely awkward living room with ridiculous sofas (you feel like you're sitting on the floor) and equally uncomfortable furniture. We were shocked, but after a rather lengthy exchange, they eventually gave us an excellent room on the second-to-last floor with everything we had originally hoped for. The issue was resolved, but we missed our planned dinner at the cafe with a viewing platform in the PBCom tower (which closed at 7 PM), and our only evening in Manila before flying home was hopelessly ruined.

Amorsolo Mansion Review Amorsolo Mansion is a solid choice for anyone looking for a spacious apartment in a prime Makati location. Even though the building is a bit old, the unit feels comfortable and well-equipped, especially the family room, which stands out for its generous space. The apartment unit is spacious, making it a good option for families or longer stays. The family room is especially roomy and comfortable. The bathroom includes a bathtub plus hot and cold shower. Other amenities add convenience and support a pleasant stay. The building may be older, but it remains functional and comfortable. Its location is one of its biggest strengths, right in the heart of Makati. It is close to the business center, malls, and many restaurants. The area is convenient for both work and leisure. Overall, Amorsolo Mansion offers a good balance of space, comfort, and convenience, making it a practical stay in Makati.

on my 1st day I enjoy the stay however I never see the agent on the day of my arrival and we only talk directly in viber . But then I received a violations because access card is non transferable and shareable so every time you have guest coming you need to pick them up at the lobby . but that`s my struggle been busy with my daughter bday event and I Violated the house rules of the hotel. But the end of 2 days stay I unable to to rest after getting the paper and talk to all the officer . I`m thankful that one of the PMO office assisted me and send email for waiver .On the bathroom the sink and bowl toilet bowl is very old they have shampoo and body wash but no tooth paste and brush or slippers . AC is old type model and because of that the AC water drip on the floor which cause damage the floor. The agent assigned to my booking is difficult to get in touched and delayed reply. I was not inform there`s bigger pool that require one day reservation because during our stay it`s been raining due to typhoon / habagat hoping that adult can able to swim on deep big pool. There`s indoor pool for kids. No play room for kids . I`ve learned my lesson . I will Still recommend this place .

Room is very same as photo, complete kitchen utensils and everything was brandnew, I dont like high floor so this 7th floor room is perfect to me. Amenities was good, The free sauna is what i like here since i dont swim. But the highlight was the location, I was very close to rockwell and filling station in poblacion. There was a very good biryani restau downstairs just a few walking distance only. Thank you, will definitely be back again and would stay longer.
