"I'll start with the unpleasant part right away: when we arrived and provided a pre-paid, confirmed reservation, we were told, sorry, but there are no available rooms! They started offering us to check into another hotel, which is located in an unknown location. They explained that there was a misunderstanding and started apologizing. Everything would have been fine, but I immediately remembered the reviews I had read, where a man described the same situation, exactly like ours, I didn't really take his review into account when booking, and in vain! After a long period of arguing (I tried to contact Trip.com representatives, but they didn't answer the call, the system and chat constantly transferred me to the hotel reception), we finally managed to check in! Lots of tears and a ruined mood! Of course, they gave us a room, apparently the worst, not at all corresponding to the picture on the reservation, under our windows they washed dishes in basins and poured water right on the path where you had to walk. It was very unpleasant. We spent the night and left early in the morning. And all this happened on my husband's birthday! (We didn't get to have a holiday)"
