GGuest UserWhile the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations.
Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing.
Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries.
However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy.
Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises.
Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.

EevilyachAs a solo traveler, I wanted to stay in the center of Belgrade, and decided to go with this hotel.
The check-in is online and contactless, I pretty much never seen anyone in the complex, as it was off-season time. This can pretty much be considered an apartment rather than a traditional hotel, but you can get daily cleaning if needed. There is a kitchen with a fridge and microwave. In the living room, there was also a huge TV.
The laundry room is on the outside, and is free to use.
Location is great, just 10 minutes from the Kalemegdan. There are stores, money exchanges and cafes / coffee shops few minutes away.

TTamimWe were a family of four, 2 adults, one six year old and one 1 year old baby, apartment served us well, and we managed to cook something simple the next morning. Everything was nice and clean. The location was good because of a good sized grocery story at walking distance.
Only issue was that the entrance isn’t clearly marked, we parked our car and unloaded a bunch of suitcases at one entrance only to find out that that entrance that has the Novel Inn logo is locked and unmonitored. We had to walk around the building to discover the proper entrance, go back to reload our suitcase into the car, drive around to the other side and unload again, a bit annoying when you’ve been traveling for 18 hours and having arrived late at night with a kid and a baby.
All in all it was nice and comfortable and they even gave us a room upgrade and a baby cot free of of charge.

BBaoanggThis hotel is very close to the city center, within walking distance, which is very convenient. The facilities are complete, and check-in and check-out are very easy. The only downside is that the hot water sometimes seems to be unavailable. The rooms are quite large, with two bedrooms, two toilets, and a kitchen where you can enjoy a few drinks in the evening, which is very comfortable.

GGuest UserAlthough the location is a bit remote, about three kilometers from the center of Zemun, it is very cost-effective and the room is simple and comfortable. You can take bus 707 to Zemun at the door, and take a taxi to the airport in more than ten minutes. The apartment is very quiet and the boss is very nice. We couldn't find the location when we took a taxi and couldn't understand, and the boss took the initiative to come out in the middle of the night to help us communicate.

The hotel claims to be four stars. In accordance with the level of the hotel, I would like to receive the corresponding conditions of stay. The pillow was yellow, there was a hole in the pillowcase.
Three out of five days I put a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but on the two days when cleaning was done, it was very poor quality. They only took out the trash, there was trash on the floor in the room, and hair on the floor in the bathroom.
According to Serbian law, hotel administrators must register a guest arriving to them and make him a white card. Even at the stage of registration at the hotel, my passport was scanned several times, so I did not find out anything else. After 4 days, I decided to ask how things were with my white card, to which I received the answer: ”Do you need a white card?” After that, I received it, but with a great delay and if I were asked to present it at the airport when leaving Serbia, I would have to pay a fine. The situation is very unpleasant.

GGuest UserInitially, I came to the address, went to the reception where they gave me a WhatsApp of a person who redirected me to another address.
They did not answer my email before check-in, but they answered quickly in WhatsApp upon arrival.
The apartments are comfortable, everything you need is inside. But they asked me for more money than was written in the reservation, I had to sort it out with trip.com support and the owner in the WhatsApp chat. On the last day of checking, we agreed on the amount that was written in the reservation.
The heating was bad in early April 2025. There were no accessories for cleaning the room.
