A magnificent hotel with incredibly friendly staff, all ready to help you. The rooms are large and spacious, and they all have balconies. There's a stunning rooftop pool with a gorgeous sea view. There's also a gym and a sauna, though the sauna wasn't working during our stay.

The location is a bit of a mixed bag; it's not bad if you use Bolt, but it's not really within comfortable walking distance either. It's that kind of distance where you ponder whether to walk or call a Bolt. The staff are very friendly, and the facilities are well-maintained. I tried breakfast once, but I probably wouldn't book it again. I was actually more satisfied with the à la carte dishes I had in the afternoon when I was peckish. The lounge area in the lobby on the first floor is nice, and the pool is excellent. There's also a massage service, but it's a bit pricier than places nearby. I tried it once but didn't go back. The only downside is that I couldn't tell the cleanliness of the air conditioner. I stayed here for 20 days and developed a throat inflammation, which I suspect was due to the AC's condition. I booked early, so I got a good price for my stay. I would consider returning, but probably not at the current prices. It's a shame that hotel prices in Pattaya seem to have gone up so much overall.

The room was very clean and tidy, and it was super close to the beach, only a 5-minute walk. It's right in the city center. The Chinese-speaking customer service was excellent and easy to communicate with. Everything was great, and check-in was smooth. I really liked it.

Our family trip led us to choose The Edge's two-bedroom suite with a full sea view on a high floor, managed by WCC. The stay far exceeded our expectations! Everything, from the views and spaciousness to the amenities and location, was perfectly suited for a multi-person family getaway. The infinity pool on the top floor offers a direct, unobstructed view of the entire ocean, creating an amazing vibe at sunset – perfect for stunning photos. There are lounge chairs by the pool, making an evening spent enjoying the sea breeze and watching the sunset incredibly therapeutic. Plus, it's just a 300-meter walk to Central Festival, which has everything from a supermarket and restaurants to beauty stores.

We stayed at a two bed apartment and the view from the balcony was really nice. Rooms are clean and the air conditioner functioned properly. The bed in the bigger bedroom was very comfortable; the bed in the smaller bedroom was not the best but I didn't have problem sleeping. The wechat customer service is very responsive (replied within seconds) even during the holiday season. They even forwarded us an article explaining how buses work in Pattaya and it was very useful.

The apartment was nice and clean, and the condo was wonderful too. I liked everything, except the pool, which is very large and a bit shallow. The maximum depth is 120 cm, but that's including the sides; the actual water level is about 1 meter.

The lighting in all the rooms was a bit dim. The shower door was stuck and couldn't slide open. There was no soap and no drinking water provided. The air conditioning worked well. The location is great, very close to the beach and convenient for travel. It's also near a 7-Eleven and many food options.

The hotel is good, it was clean, the air conditioning and TV (there is a smart TV) are new, the Wi-Fi in the room is normal, there is a smoking area, the room also has a kettle and a refrigerator, two bottles of water and coffee are given per day, in general everything is great, the price is also nice.

The biggest feature of the room is the infinity pool on the top floor, which overlooks the entire Pattaya and the beach. The view is very wide, and the view of the sunset is unbeatable. The room is big enough for couple and with complete amenities inside the room. Thr pool is amazing though we didn't had the chance to use it. The hassle only was the check in, because the details wasn't complete about which tower or room no and floor. And can't understand English. But the location was great. Lots of street foods and bars and just in front of the beach. Easy access in everyday needs specially when you rent motorcycle it's more convenient for 300Batts a day. Wonderful experienced on my pre birthday celebration. Thank you.
