Hanoi Apartments

I stayed here for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the location was super convenient for getting around. The host was quick to respond, and the check-in process was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioning in the apartment I was originally booked into was broken, so they kindly upgraded me to a three-bedroom suite free of charge. A huge thank you to the host and staff for their warm hospitality. I'll definitely be back in August.

I am obsessed with this hotel I love love love it. I'm a hotel snob. So trust I check everything . I only stayed two nights and already had another place pre booked and I regret not staying at the Camilla hotel for my whole four nights. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant or a pool. But it is absolutely amazing. Recently I've been so fed up of paying for basic, plain , colourless and lifeless rooms . But this room has character in every inch of it ! The room had so much natural light. Everything there had so much detail. Even every door handle and door nob had detail. The bathroom was beautiful and even had a bamboo styled tap . I know these things seem weird to mention but I usually stay at high end hotels like the Ritz. I over pay for .. maybe the service ? But I wanted to try something new and I'm so glad I did. I over look at rooms especially for their hygiene and The room was spotless everywhere ! And I really check deeply. The bath was large and relaxing. The living room has cute plants and nice pottery to eat from. There was even a hidden washer and dryer . A large wardrobe in the bedroom . A desk area. So many convient things which were also beautifully designed into the room . The room also smelt lovely No fake air freshener smell . The service staff didn't speak English but it wasn't an issue they were extremely helpful and friendly and accommodating, they also replied very fast through email. I would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone visiting Hanoi to be the same. Maybe it's a little far from the city center ? But look on the map where you want to book. Everything was an easy 20 minute walk . I wish I could live in this hotel room I loved it so much.

The service is excellent and the rooms are incredibly clean. 😊 It's very convenient to get around, and there's a cafe right in front of the accommodation. There are also many cafes in the alley. Just a short walk away, you'll find a lake, perfect for a refreshing morning stroll. In short, just book it! 🤩

Arrived late on the first day and no one was there to open the door. You have to call in advance if you're arriving after midnight. I called for ages, and the person on the other end didn't speak much English. Finally, an old man came, and he spoke even less English. We had to gesticulate a lot to communicate. On the second day, they tried to charge an extra 400,000 VND for additional children. I checked the Ctrip details page, and there was absolutely no mention of any extra charges. 400,000 VND extra per night? Why would I go through all this trouble to book such a remote place then? Facilities: The bathroom didn't have a shower area, just a bathtub 🛁, which was very awkward. The pillows on the bed had bloodstains. I chose this place after reading reviews that said it was very clean, but the bedding was not clean at all. If you're particular about cleanliness, do not choose this place. Service: The old man had no manners whatsoever. I was in my pajamas and asked him to wait, but he just chased me inside to demand the 400,000 VND. I was absolutely flabbergasted!

Right next to KFC and close to the Hanoi Fine Arts Museum. It's very convenient for getting around, with lots of restaurants and cafes in the nearby alleys. The room is spacious and quiet, and the hotel offers a paid laundry service.

The room was very spacious, the bathroom, towels, and sheets were clean. It felt luxurious! The problem I had was mainly the communication, I was told that I will receive check-in instructions on the check-in day, they ignored my messages through trip.com, ended up calling my host on whatsapp to know the exact location, and was only told to send a passport photo. I understand they must be worried about security (and it's self check-in) but this way of system does not feel very safe for guests either. We sorted it out in the end, but it didn't feel very friendly overall. I think the cleaner must only be checking the obvious places, because when I moved the table mat on the dining table, it was drenched with maybe soy sauce? I didn't mind cleaning up after, but some other guests would be pretty bothered by this. The room itself was very nice. I would recommend staying if they had a better system!

Hotel is tucked away but in a good location to visit most of Hanoi. Rooms are nice and clean and had air con fridge and freezer and always plenty of hot water. Can't go wrong at these prices. Staff were good and always helped with information. Over all it's a good hotel. I will be going back before I leave for the airport.

I usually book hotels, but this was my first time booking an apartment. The location wasn't easy to find (it's in a small alley, at the very back). I didn't know where to go until I saw the sign at the very back. The price was affordable, and the room was brand new. Going there with my girlfriend felt like a newlywed couple.

Stayed for 10 days and felt very good. The host will speak some Chinese. After booking, an email will be sent to inform the gate password, the location of the room card, the password of the room card and then self-check in. I don't know Vietnamese or English, and the Chinese don't have the habit of reading emails. When I arrive at the place, I still contact Trip.com and contact the host to help me stay. Thank them! The room is very large, there is a large master bedroom area, the facilities are also very complete, the wifi speed is very fast, the house is very clean and there is no smell, there is a balcony and a large window to light, I pay more attention to the room lighting. It is very good to be in a police station next to it. There are two small shops 50 meters from the door, and there is a supermarket not far from the aisle.
