"Residing in the hotel in February, chosen because of the location, but were disappointed by the hotel's work organization. There was constantly someone walking past the windows, the noise from the bar was continuous. The police came to the climax, as the neighbors stole a large amount of cash from the room (no safes in the rooms). The administration smiled nicely, but did not help in searching for thieves. We found a dirty trap among their things on the shelf. Apparently the staff of the clining were crawling in the pockets and lost it. In general, not a pleasant place. Not recommended!"

AAnonymous UserThe trip to Cape Town was really good, a very beautiful city, good reviews! The only thing about this hotel is that you can only check in after 2:30 pm, and then send an email to check out at 10 am. Everything else is pretty good.

RRobsThe apartment is spacious, clean and luxurious. Lovvvvvve the bathrooms. I had a very relaxing stay at the Residences at Crystal Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was refreshing and had a wide selection of foods. The location is convenient, close to Canal Walk which we walked to often to buy whatever we needed to make our stay more enjoyable and visiting Hillsong Church opposite the road was an amazing experience.

GGuest UserThis is an excellent place to stay, conveniently located in the vicinity of the beautiful waterfront.
Facilities are awesome, staff friendly, good restaurant, though we got to eat dinner only once. But the free breakfast was well stocked, with the staff and chef reaching out to make your special requirements (the best omlette I have had in many years).
Room wifi was good, rooms clean, spacy and comfortable.
One critical note: The shower in the room that I stayed had a transparent partition, which may not be good for certain type of travellers - should at least be translucent.

DDominic Leong YSWhile the locations and hotel cleanliness and families are good, the room doesn’t come with any AC or Heater. So it was very cold in the room on a winter rainy day.
The hotel also took R1,000 as deposit by credit card, and returned upon check out. The issue is, credit card company would charge a fee and also due to different exchange rate on different day, I lost almost R 100 when I check out. The hotel should consider waiving the deposit altogether or taking cash as deposit if deposit is required.

Ppurity MaphoshePerfect location! Table Mountain and sea views plus sunsets looked so dreamy. The views were refreshing. The only thing I was disappointed with was the inefficiency. They took too long to let us into our room, TV wasn’t working and some shelves in the closet were broken and was placed perfectly as of it was ok, only when I touched it fell of. It could have hurt me.

AAnonymous UserOne thing to say, the advantage is that the environment is good, Table Mountain can be seen from the balcony, and it has its own private beach, although there is some garbage on it. There are two main disadvantages. The first is that it is not safe. Opening the window is a walkway, and a person can easily cross it, which means that the window must be locked to sleep. But there is no air conditioning. How is the air circulated? I went to the hotel front desk and wanted to change rooms, but the answer was that there was no option to change, and cancellations and hotel changes were not allowed. What kind of overbearing clause was this? Second, there is a charge for WiFi? ! And it's not fast either.
