Golf Hotel la Pinetina

Beautiful location within the famous pine forest. Large room, comfortable large bed, flat screen TV and free water. But…. In the bathroom a black hair was displayed next to the shower gel. Barely warm water for the shower. Some courtesies but not even a glass to rinse your teeth or to drink or take a medicine. Bedspread stained with green streaks. Basic buffet breakfast. Another negative note: as soon as we were served at the buffet we sat down at our table and the waiter, despite having seen and greeted us, did not come to take the order for hot drinks: we had to call him. It does not work like that! Maybe because we were passing through and not members? Prepayment required upon arrival. Much improvement!

We spent a week in this hotel, (let me start by saying that we are not golfers) we had a terrible time. The treatment for those who are not members is completely different even though we paid exactly the same as the others. They sat us down for lunch saying they would come to take our order, but no one came so we got up and ordered at the counter. Priority was given to the players from that Sunday's match who, despite sitting at the table after us, were served immediately. We waited 30 minutes before we could eat. So a question arises spontaneously, WHY ACCEPT RESERVATIONS FROM NON-MEMBERS GUESTS IF THE TREATMENT MUST BE DIFFERENT? Well, mysteries. In any case, we strongly advise against it.

Embarrassing service. Unimaginably rude waiters, they changed tables because they were exposed to the sun. They moved in and there was no air conditioning. We settled back outside. These changes led the waiters to make loud comments and we were subjected to comments and jokes. Never happened to other places. Perhaps a greater presence of the supervisors in the room would have been appreciated and would have allowed greater control over the education of the waiters.

La camera un po’ datata ma pulita e con un bel balcone vista golf. Aperitivo discreto, Colazione sicuramente da migliorare: Siamo scesi alle 9 e il buffet era vuoto…davano la precedenza a chi c’era al bancone del bar ( ai soci) e poco agli ospiti …
