Bratus Hotel Aqaba

Amazing hotel with an exceptional experience! A very special thanks to all the staff, especially Mayar Alkhalili, for their outstanding hospitality and warm service. This hotel is miles ahead of many five-star hotels. I truly loved my stay and the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and a memorable stay.

Lovely place all high quality and friendly staff. Very clean as well

Really nice staff and very nice hotel. Close to everything too. Highly recommended.

Good value hotel in Jordan I have stayed in 5 hotels during 11 days of trip in Jordan. This is the best one !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All of the staffs are so friendly and nice. The restaurant staff is helpful and considerate . On the second day morning, she remembered my breakfast preference 😨, even the details. There’s an Italian restaurant right near the hotel. You can enjoy discount yet there were cakes, drinks and shisha. The room is so comfortable and new. I love the design. The night view is so lovely and magnificent. The amenity are good , it’s way better than Movenpick hotel. This hotel offers Dead Sea products for the guests. You can have free drinks from the fridge as well.

Very good

The staff showed minimum professionalism. A very small issue, which could have been solved in one minute with basic manners, turned into a very unpleasant experience. Especially one staff member, she was incredibly, impolite, and disrespectful. She spoke to us in a very harsh and arrogant way, with no respect at all, despite the fact that we are loyal, regular customers. This is not how you treat guests. Hospitality is about respect, and unfortunately this hotel completely failed at that. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects decent treatment. I am trying to reach out to Mr. Saher the GM I believe

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The accommodations were immaculate, the staff was consistently professional and attentive, and the facilities were maintained to a very high standard. From check-in to departure, the level of hospitality reflected a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. The only minor inconvenience encountered during an otherwise seamless stay was a lack of readily available information regarding the operational hours for various hotel services. It was difficult to determine the exact timings for amenities such as the dining facilities, pool, or room service without directly contacting the front desk. Providing a clear physical or digital directory outlining these schedules would enhance guest convenience significantly.
