The staff are good , the hotel in general is okay , but I expect that the service and the rooms will be much more comfortable as it’s renewed recently , in the night there is a noise coming from outside also there is a loud voice for the AC Breakfast was good and the staff helpful

My name is Jad Habash, Akaba is my true love. I have been here many times and this is the second time I have stayed at the Loft Hotel. I like this hotel for its convenient location, comfortable rooms, cleanliness, service, included breakfast, rooftop pool, and I especially wanted to mention Abdel Hadi, the service worker, his competence and responsiveness. and all the hotel staff are nice and helpful.

Friendly and professional staffs at the reception especially Mohammed and the tall guy ( sorry i didn’t get the name ) , thank you for your warm welcome and hospitality. The location is very close to the restaurants and beach. Breakfast area is huge however less options in food. The rooms are clean and they provide cute toiletries.

Complete service is outstanding and the staff are super friendly, I suggest all friends and family should experience a stay in The Loft by Bratus- Hotel. And the complimentary breakfast they have good options and it is completely satisfying, once you get in, it feels like home. Well done Team Loft

As I wrote my review in the sheet of paper Inside the room I will repeat here again that it was a memorable experience for us to stay in this kind of hotel,not a five star but the experienced we had was awesome!start from the room with the amenities,the food from the breakfast and the staff specially in the reception is very approachable and friendly.
