Wonderful hotel! Very pretty and modern, super clean with a lovely boutique vibe where you get great personal service. The staff are all so charming and could not do more to make our stay perfect. The setting is so pretty and calming. The view is beautiful. A real slice of heaven. Big love to the team, who made our trip, from the moment we step in to the lobby of Westin and until last second spent there. Special “thank you” for warm professional welcoming to Farah and Ragheb, who made our check-in process and took care about us in the best possible way. They helped me to congratulated my husband with b-day cake as well and all our visit we truly felt special care. Farah is a fantastic professional lady. She continued be nice and helpful even after we checked-out. We wish prosperity to The Westin! Keep doing your best!

An amazing experience that I really enjoyed it with my family. I have 2 little kids who joined me during my stay. The staff was so kind, welcoming and supportive… On the pool, coach Hameed spent the time watching my kids and supporting them on the pool, such a nice and helpful team. The breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious, too many varieties are there. I highly recommend this place 👍

We just got back from a few days trip to Aqaba and we have found a gem in this part of the World. The Hotel is amazing , new design with Arabic twist … Wonderful appointed rooms and great facilities. Super bed and very clean all around … the best part is the food … believe it or not , we have eaten much better quality food here than in any other West In in Middle East … very friendly and attentive staff all around …. Super service , we have also congratulate the Italian head chefs Riccardo who made always possible any request. Also at the reception very nice and attentive staff, truly a top class Hotel and service

The service is great the hotel is so clean, it’s comfortable, calm and the food is great. The employees here are so nice, especially Mr. Raed, the lounge manager, and Marah from the reception. They are very professional, very polite, and so helpful and sweet. It is so nice here and I recommend you to come here if you want a great vacation away it’s the right place

I stayed with my family for 4 days in this hotel. The place is amazing, the location is perfect, the staff is so welcoming and caring. They thought about everything that a family may need during their stay. The pool area is very nice, all the tools are there, staff Zakaryia, Mohammad and Othman were great supporters for us and mainly for my little kids… a supportive and helpful team… The food is so yummy… on the pool bar and the main restaurant… I hope they will keep it up 👍

This is one of the best hotel i have stayed. Through the bell boy reception everyone is helpful. They making my vacation spectacular and make us enjoy our stay very well. Alessandra and I made the hotel booking at the last minute. We know Marriot standards well, having both worked in hospitality, and we were both blown away by The Westin. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, the staff are polite and friendly, and they really know how to treat their guests. A big thank you goes to Riccardo, the amazing chef who made our stay incredible with the quality of the ingredients and the way he put them together to make all the dishes taste amazing.

I would like to say that we were pleasantly surprised from the level of service and friendliness of thestaff. Everyone we have interacted with in the hotel was extremely professional, courteous, and super helpful. They did not only provide good service but they went the extra mile to make sure that we are enjoying our stay and satisfied with the service provided. At first we thought this was a personal initiative from certain people but we noticed that the same level was provided by all staff members from the bell boy, reception, waiters, restaurant managers, life guards, and even security. To me this shows there was an extensive training giving to the team along with the management’s commitment to provide this level of service, which supersedes service given in many hotels around the world. The staff really made us feel welcome and comfortable. Hotel is highly recommended.
