Amazing! Highly recommend. Everything about it is great. You can also use the hotel next door Al Manara which has a lovely beach on the Red Sea - the Westin is the nicer of the two though! All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special shoutout goes to Ahmad at reception, Abdullah in Kai and the staff in the Saraya Lounge for being awesome.

Great customer service, lovely food and great hair saloon services Yousef was really helpful and the head of food services manager was amazing and so friendly I got my hair done in their salon as well and I loved my hair so much Dinner was 10/10 Thank you so much for making our stay so special :)

A luxurious hotel! Freshly renovated and furnished! The hotel smells amazing! The bed linens are amazing, and there's a pillow menu. The beach is gorgeous with white sand, but the water is refreshing. Amazing breakfasts and dinners at the restaurant. The tiramisu is better than in the dessert's homeland. I needed a thermometer, and a hotel medic came to the rescue and gave me a quick checkup. Thank you for your concern!

Excellent hotel. Good and varied cuisine in the restaurants. The beach is nice. However, we were there in October, and the water in the bay gets shallow at low tide. It's great for children though, as the water near the shore isn't deep.
