Aysel Hotel

We booked this hotel because many reviews mentioned it is very new and centrally located. While that is true, there are also some noticeable drawbacks. That said, it doesn’t charge the same prices as premium hotels in the city, so expectations should be adjusted. Pros: • Friendly staff who actively sought feedback • Breakfast tasted good • Staff quickly helped book taxis and tours, and upon request also helped negotiate lower rates (still recommended to research typical prices in advance) Cons: • Communicating in English with staff could be challenging at times • Neighborhood is not the cleanest or most walkable; sidewalks were sometimes blocked, and walking from the Jett bus station involves going uphill • Background noise from the bathroom ventilator, road, construction, and people talking • Cleanliness issues: dirt on pillows, hair/dark lint and dried water marks on the bed, and hair on a towel • Limited breakfast selection, and flies were seen in the dining area • Power sockets appear to support multiple plug types, but in practice only some worked — I had to try several different plugs before finding one that fit properly Overall: An okay budget stay with a central location and kind staff, but there is room for improvement. Wishing the hotel continued progress and success.

It is a brand-new hotel and is located in the central area of Aqaba with many shops around. The staff there are very helpful in providing tourist and transport information and show respect when receiving various feedback from guests.

all is good, great experience. rooms was pretty cleaned, breakfast was very good, also the hotel location is in the center of the city which is very good.

Great hotel, clean room, help staff, in the rooms the beds were so clean and use sheets comfortable to sleep on, the room included everything we needed water kettle, coffee, tea, sugar water, AC. The bathroom was also clean new towels, blow dryer. definitely recommend❤️

New hotel but give it a chance This is a brand new hotel with nice staff ! Only 10min walk to Aqaba Castle/Museum. The breakfast was served in their sister hotel across the street, it is a traditional Jordanian breakfast with several choice. We had partial ocean view which was a huge plus, totally recommend this hotel!

Aysel Hotel Aqaba exceeded my expectations! The staff's warm welcome, impeccable service and genuine smiles made my stay unforgettable. Modern rooms, spotless cleanliness added to the perfection. Conveniently located near Aqaba's beach and attractions. Highly recommended!
