The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff are very respectful. However, honestly, when I first arrived, the sheets and bed had hair on them, and the bathtub in the bathroom wasn't clean; it had residue. We spoke to them, and they came out immediately and cleaned everything.

What a lovely Experience I had .. nothing is Perfect but the team of Oryx hôtel makes it Perfect Amer ,Muhammad , and unfortunately I forgot the front disk Lady’s Name She welcomed me with a lovely Smile and all of them they are very helpful, charming , with a good vibes even the head of the security is very Gentle and understanding. The place is shining very clean Room smell is nice and very clean Showers also Clean .. not disturbing area and very calm full place Breakfast is tasty service at the breakfast time even thought it was a bit crowded but they managed it in a very good way I stayed their for 2 weeks it felt like home ,, Before I leave in one day I had a free massage they gave it for me as a gift But when I had the Massage with Amal “Hope” meaning of her name , I actually stayed More only because of her talented way of making a massage Amal is a very professional woman She gives Hope like her Name Amal ❤️ You should do a massage their ,, wow wow wow I think she is one of the Top I’ll miss you all Thanks for the care and for everything Oryx Aqaba hotel Team are really Masters

It was one of the best stay I had in hotels, the staff are welcoming, friendly and always smiley and helpful The room was nice with nice decorations and amenities, the food was really good and we enjoyed the restaurants there We recommend the hotel for all travelers

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. It gave us a very positive impression. Staff was extra polite caring and smiling . Very much helpful . We had overall extremely good experience. They provide you with a free shuttle to go to city center or to a local recreational area . They helped us with our trip to Petra . Breakfast is great . Sauna and steam room were very helpful .

We enjoyed the stay, the receptionists were very kind❤️ The hotel is so beautiful and the food was amazing too and i loved everything there.
